The pool and breakfast.
Yall charged my account an extra $150 when i called you about it i had to call back twice because manager wasn't in after i was told they would. After finally speaking to a manager they said it didn't show on their end and it is on the banks end. Called the bank and this was not the case and started a dispute. You can only imagine my unpleasant surprise when i looked at my bank account and it showed yall had taken an additional $449.46 on top of what yall had taken unauthorized. There were no damages and the other deposit was returned to us. I will never book with you again. This experience has been horrible.

It was overall a good experience other than the kitchen lady with blonge kind of hair. She was rude to me on asking a question but she was ok with everyone else.
AC should improve. I woke up in sweat almost every night . As compared to my in other good hotel I did not like cooling of your hotel.
