The hotel gave us the wrong room!! we booked our King suite, when we got there, they told us the King suites were sold out!! hotel refused to make any accommodations for us!!there are no housekeeping staff available to clean your room daily, you’re responsible for removing your own trash and washing your own linens! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Location
Fire alarms going off at 10pm 3am. 5am not being able to access grills because people sitting in grill area just drinking. Elevators breaking, toilets barely flush. Pool was like warm bath water.
it was quiet and our room was pretty clean
the lobby felt like a nursing home. our room was pretty clean but the carpet felt very damp the entire time but it could have been the condensation from the ac. the hotel also advertises things like a lending locker and complimentary hot chocolate and coffee but when i asked about the lending locker and hot chocolate i got stared down by the man at the front desk and he acted like i had no idea what i was talking about. its fine if there was nothing of a sort but i had to ask him “no?” until he agreed that he was saying that. on our last night the fire alarm went off and the fire department showed up but it may have just been a false alarm. also the wifi may have given my computer a virus

Great location. Very clean with a nice layout.
Receptionist at check in wasn't very polite. The woman that was there for checking out was such a wonderful person. She more than made up for the other employee at checking in.
Location is convenient for my needs
Cleaning staff had equipment in the hallway and it was an obstacle course getting down the hallway to leave the facility.
