Breakfast was a definite step up from the Best Western level we were expecting/hoping for, it was better than expected with more fruits and other options.
One Ottoman had a missing/broken leg/wheel. But wasn't a real concern, did not make use of them.

Look I get this isn't the Ritz or a "higher end" hotel...But this place is PERFECT for what is needed and what you pay. Staff starts it upon check in (shout out to Kimberly at front desk) and continues through breakfast, needing anything, to check out. Easily will stay here again if in area and not sure why anyone giving less than 5 stars!
Nice big rooms with a kitchenette including a dishwasher. We enjoyed the outdoor gazebo and grilling area. Hotel was new / updated. Good breakfast. Under 30 minutes from Hershey Park.
The staff is great I came in from out of state and the staff was very accommodating with letting me check in early answered any questions that I had will definitely stay here again

Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had a brief stay as a storm took out the power in our neighborhood. I was looking at several hotels and decided on this one due to the breakfast, pool, and proximity to our home.
The kids (8 and 11) were only in the pool for about 5 mins. They were a bit grossed out as there was gray film floating around, the pool looked and they said, felt unclean. It should be noted this is the first time my kids have ever exited a pool without being made to do so. I was shocked that it didn’t pass standards for a 8yo but it did look cloudy and gross. Disappointed as this was a deciding factor. Also the front desk lady seemed overwhelmed and overworked. However she and the other staff were friendly.

I asked for 2 beds specifically and got one queen. Rooms were fully booked. I did not pay over $400 to have someone sleep on a pull out couch, a poor one at that. Not to mention the staff barely wanted to supply sheets and a pillow when asked
