Bed was comfortable which made the stay good
Cons:

Upon leaving the room on Dunday we advised the maid service the room was ready to be cleaned. The maid stated she would let get cleared worker know as she was not assigned our room. We trusted it would be communicated upon our return in the evening the room had not been touched. This is the 2nd time this has occurred during our stays.

The location was perfect; it was less than 7 minutes from the venue! Breakfast was delicious; the best I’ve had in a while at a hotel that offers breakfast.

Cons:

The constant slamming of doors and the noise above us continued late into the night and into the early morning hours, from around 11 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Cons:

Nunca respondieron mis requerimientos, los leyeron pero se hicieron los tontos para no responderme, pésima atención al cliente, una vergüenza realmente. Llame y siquiera me contestaron con un argumento razonable.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Wish there were more ashtrays other than at the entrance and pool area. Kind of feel awful smoking in those areas. But, a great stay nonetheless.
