We had a lovely lunch and Tomaz was amazing! Such a friendly and kind waiter.
Amazing jazz night at the bar by the pool, beautiful view, nice friendly staff. I just wish they had heating on! In a rare weather situation for Rio, it was shivering!🥶

I had a 10/10 experience at the hotel for lunch, drinks and pool. The view is amazing and the service from Alex and Henrique was even better.
The hotel is beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool vibes and drinks poolside. Alex went above and beyond by making me a Hugo Spritz even though it wasn’t on the menu.

One of the nicest places to stay in Rio… An old coffee plantation converted to a charming, unusual and very relaxed place with beautiful gardens, very nice pool area, great food, perfect cocktails and kind people. *****

Alex service was unwell. Attention to detail was important.
Fantastic atmosphere, super accommodating staff that listens to you and is very helpful, rooms are beautiful with real flowers in pots and art works. Late check out was complimentary and hot tub is a bonus after a long flight.

This hotel is like a sanctuary, away from the crazy hustle and bustle of Rio. It's very beautiful, in a converted old coffee plantation. The staff were very helpful, they organised a terrific guide and driver for us which was a brilliant way to see the city's main sights. The restaurant's breakfast was exceptional. The pool bar was fantastic after a long hot day too. Santa Teresa is the best location to stay away from the iconic beaches. There's some great local bars and restaurants that are very close too,
Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the toilet issue .. having to place dirty toilet paper in a bin next the toilet is something I will never get used to! We accidentially blocked the toilet on the first night! But the staff fixed the issue very quickly and explained the protocol.
