Alex service was unwell. Attention to detail was important.
Fantastic atmosphere, super accommodating staff that listens to you and is very helpful, rooms are beautiful with real flowers in pots and art works. Late check out was complimentary and hot tub is a bonus after a long flight.

We stopped in for a drink at the pool bar while wandering around Santa Teresa. Lovely venue, gorgeous views, delicious spritz, and very friendly service from Alex. Definitely with the stop.

This hotel is like a sanctuary, away from the crazy hustle and bustle of Rio. It's very beautiful, in a converted old coffee plantation. The staff were very helpful, they organised a terrific guide and driver for us which was a brilliant way to see the city's main sights. The restaurant's breakfast was exceptional. The pool bar was fantastic after a long hot day too. Santa Teresa is the best location to stay away from the iconic beaches. There's some great local bars and restaurants that are very close too,
Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the toilet issue .. having to place dirty toilet paper in a bin next the toilet is something I will never get used to! We accidentially blocked the toilet on the first night! But the staff fixed the issue very quickly and explained the protocol.

I was strolling around Santa Teresa when I coincidentally stumbled upon this hotel. I decided to enter because I needed a drink and a cool place to relax after a long walk. All I can say is I will definitely return, my waiter tomaz was so informative and hilarious! All the employees were very hospitable but he was amazing and I would return just to see him again! The ambiance in the restaurant was so boujee and the cocktails were a 10/10 highly recommended!
This is our favourite place for breakfast, to spend a day at the terrace cafe. The food is delicious, the views are incredible and the staff - particularly Alex are always so kind and attentive. Definitely stop by if you’re in Rio !
