Meets basic needs but that’s it.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel is very old and smells really musty. The carpets are dirty and worn. The bedding and pillows are awful. The whole hotel needs a refresh.

We came during the hurricane so the state was okay it was safe but we would not be booking here agai

The breakfast was extremely mediocre the breakfast was cold the best thing for breakfast was the waffles cuz you can make it yourself the staff really didn't speak the young lady in the back they had a tip bucket the bed was extremely hard had our body sore it was outdated central heat and air hard to control the temperature of the room the refrigerator was falling because of the cabinet was broken

The appliances was outdated the cabinet was broken I know you asked what I didn't like but I'm just going to add what I liked was the staff in the front desk was very professional and courteous

Great Location but needs some improvement.
Pros:

Great location. Short drive to FSU. Lots if resturants in the area. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bathroom was not very clean, the shower fixtures were loose. Beside the shower was rotting. Some of the outlets didnt work. The air-conditioned started leaking water all over the floor after our first night. The breakfast they served wasn't very good and the coffee had coffee grounds all in it.

Quick trip, friendly stay

Pros:

The location was close to where we had to go it was quiet it had good parking

Cons:

The pool wasn't cleaned and it was cold the filter wasn't on. had to go ask for trowels we asked for a wakeup call for 4:15 am because we had an appointment to get to we were all most late we had to speed to get there on time my husband was going in for surgery

El desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

Llegué 2:20 al hotel y no me dejaron entrar a la habitación hasta las 3:00 en punto , obviamente todos sabemos que la entrada es a las 3:00 pero si ya tienen habitaciones disponibles deberían dejar entrar para descansar, tomando en cuenta que es un hotel de paso se supone que todos queremos descansar.

Overall it served the purpose, but we would not stay again. We would seek out another property.
Pros:

Location to our intended venue was good. Access to food and stores great. Great variety for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Room space was good.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible. Basically felt like there wasn’t a pillow. The shower curtain and rod was lacking. Curtain would not stay pulled, like rod was backwards, it just slid to middle. Pool area was lacking. Appeared to be some refurbishment happening to the out building. Lots of construction equipment and debris behind pool area. Lacking pool furniture.
