Clean, comfortable and location was excellent for the reason we stayed.
Only one of the elevators seemed to be working so it took a while for it to the floor.

Card keys would not work and replaced several times, finally had to download app and get a digital key.
Everything was great. Clean, spacious. Convenient little store in the lobby.
My check in was supposed to be at 3:00. I came in around 2, to see if my room was ready early. It wasn’t, which was totally fine. The front desk said it would be ready in an hour. I came back around 3:30, and was told it STILL wasn’t ready by a different front desk employee. Irritating is an understatement. We had a concert to get to, and needed to get ready. I understand it wasn’t ready early, but being late is unacceptable. Didn’t help that they weren’t friendly at all.
Everything...from the moment we walked into the Lobby, the Manager & Front Desk Clerk greeted us with smiles, and acted as though we were frequent guests...
There was no pool or Continental Breakfast
