Pros:

The location was good. Very near to the state park. Valet parking is included in the stay.

We had a last minute emergency, so our plans changed, Seneca accommodated us with open arms.
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was AWESOME! So friendly and helpful - 10/10! Location is very Falls convenient. Staff overall was very nice. Nice beer n drinks n wine selection. Fun casino.

Cons:

One of the security staff couldn't give me clear directions to the Falls....we walked lost for 20 minutes. Cigarette smoke odor - may need better smoke eaters and room scenting, think Vegas with scent vaporizors. Restaurant options were a little limited on our nights. A bit more seating near the casino entrance.....was standing waiting on wife, nowhere to sit. 😀.

Pros:

The close proximity to the Niagara State National Park.

Cons:

I’d love to see the rooms updated with in room laundry and dry cleaning service options, so guests have an easy way to get clothes cleaned during their stay.

I was also hoping for daily housekeeping, but it didn’t happen in my room. I really wish it had, since having the room cleaned and tidied each day would make a big difference in how enjoyable the stay is.

One more thing: for guests staying at the resort, just showing our key card should be enough to confirm we’re a patron. I noticed I was asked to scan my card, while other guests around me weren’t asked to do the same. It would be nice if that felt more consistent for everyone.Thanks for reading this

overall my stay was nice
Pros:

Room was clean. But sockets to charge phones are few and the one on table was not working.

Cons:

One lady at the front desk wasn't that helpful, maybe because her shift was ending. Additionally we had to wait until 7pm to have our room ready.

Very nice stay, we will be back.
Pros:

Hotel was well built, solid and secure. Great elevator service. Pool was as clean as it could be for the amount of use it got. Pass keys for the room worked flawlessly.

Pros:

I liked the size of the room, and compared to a lot of hotels I have stayed in it was okay. I like that it had a pool and an arcade for children. The main parts of the room, surfaces/ counters, refrigerator, and bathroom mirror and shower glass were clean. I was nervous about the casino, smoking when we had our child with us. I read reviews stating it was overwhelming but I was pleasantly surprised. You could smell it but it was not that bad and not nearly what I expected after reading the other reviews. Our room had no smell at all, you could only remotely smell it downstairs around the casino and not always.

Cons:

The main parts of the room were cleaned okay, the floors were pretty dirty, especially around the edges of the floor or under the edge of the bed. Crumvs and hair. Some carpet stains. The bathroom could really benefit from a deep clean, like the corners and ledges of trim. The sink didn't drain and the refrigerator didn't get things cold. I wasn't happy with the restaurant we ordered room service from. The food wasn't good and if there is anything I have learned it is never to send food back to get remade so we just had to learn our lesson on that one.
