My initial room smelled like smoke and the staff was able to accommodate and move me after a few hours.
After driving 6.5 hours to get to the hotel, I spent less than 12 hours there before I receive a call my grandma (who I care for) just passed away. I did yell in my room due the news, and had a few drinks. Security came to my room explaining the disturbance, I let them know what just happened, how I was intoxicated and asked for a few moments to calm and they would not let me have a moment. One of the security member even told me “I need to learn how to grieve as an adult. I didn’t receive a warning or anything, just forced to drive off property while I was intoxicated.
Room is spacious, quiet, comfortable
Il smells a little, and there is no windows to change air
Clean and well maintained
F&B was good but expensive. Valet was a little slow. Casino was nice.
No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, nunca nos ayudaron con el traslado de las maletas al valet parking, el personal es súper hostil, todo huele a tabaco, no nos ayudaron con el recibo del hospedaje, etc
Valet Parking, Shuttle to the Falls, Fabulous Buffet (Very few Buffets in Casinos these days), Rewards Program, Room overlooking Falls and Fireworks. Beth and I celebrated our 43rd Anniversary on July 1st at Seneca and everything was great!
Soft Drink and Coffee Station in Casino or a Starbucks Station in Lobby?
dehumanizing experience.
dehumanizing experience.
Perfect for family. Rooms can be connected if needed. I enjoyed the sunrise in the morning from the window. Perfect.
I could not see the west-side view because my room was facing east. The east-side view was also visible from the elevator hall, but there was no similar window or viewing area on the west side.
Great location. Clean rooms with great water pressure. Several resturants and shops on location. Casino was really nice.
The breakfast buffet in 3 sisters restaurant was terrible. 25 bucks for a breakfast you would get at any holiday inn. The huge main parking lot in front of the building was closed.
