Cons:

Until recently, the hotel was entirely a smoking facility, which, unfortunately, is still very noticeable throughout the entire property. The smell of tobacco smoke lingers on the furnishings and in the interiors, and information about the hotel’s previous status as a smoking establishment is not clearly communicated on booking websites. This is a major drawback, as the global standard for hotel rooms is non-smoking.

We were originally assigned a room that was absolutely uninhabitable. It was filled with an intense, indescribable stench—a mixture of dirt and stale tobacco smoke. Furthermore, the room contained devices left behind by the staff that were intended to purify or “treat” the air, which only reinforced our belief that the staff was aware of the air quality problem in that room.

The reception staff’s response was also a major disappointment. Instead of responding efficiently to our complaint and offering a solution, they initially refused to change our room. It was only by using other methods that we were finally able to secure a different room. The way the facility is run stems from a lack of proper training in professional guest service and problem-solving; incompetent individuals are hired based on quotas for intersex people.

The bathroom was decent

Cons:

The staffs attitude. There was only one lady who worked at the front desk when we checked out. She was the only staff member who was polite. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the blankets were as thin as toilet paper, and had holes in them. The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. For $250 I’ve gotten a four star hotel with everything you could imagine, if I would have known the hotel is the way it is. I would have gotten a hotel room elsewhere.

War okay !
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut um die Niagara Fälle zu besuchen. Es ist riesig. U und hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Es gibt mehrere Gaststätten und einen Wellnessbereich mit Pool. Man konnte wenigstens das Feuerwerk und Kanada sehen.

Cons:

Wasser für 2$ im Zimmer, haben wir natürlich nicht genutzt. Das Geräusch von der Lüftung die ganze Nacht, nicht die Klimaanlage. Wir waren in der 5. Etage und es gab 29 oder so. Das war schon nicht so schön.

Fint rent hotel med god pool og gym
Pros:

Poolen og gym var virkelig godt.

Cons:

Det begrænser virkelig bevægelsen rundt til og fra byen og seværdigheder når man skal følges gennem casino med børn for at komme op på hotellet fra byen. Det er noget bøvl. Der bør laves en anden gennemgang

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

the location, helpful staff , complimentary parking, nice rooms

Cons:

The hotel did not update the address of their new main entrance on google maps, so we drove around for a while until we found it.
The need to go through the casino, or around the hotel, to reach the park and attractions
