Had to move to another room because door would not lock! 2nd room ac made a clicking noise went down to front desk and told us we booked though a 3rd party so could not us with room rate, we didn't want to move to another room twice! No help for such a large hotel.

Its clean and i love the extra mirror outside the bathroom for doing my make up to get ready

Pros:

I had an amazing experience here. The parking was easy with plenty of spaces. A security person helped me on the escalator and walked me to the hotel. The clerks, at check-in & check-out were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and the view was well, breathtaking. I had room service, steak, done perfectly and served by a nice gentleman. A unexpected and welcoming surprise was a call from room service asking how my meal was! I stayed in the corner room with a jacuzzi. I waited for off-season for a better rate. BONUS Fireworks! Don't hesitate to stay here, you will not be sorry. Thank you for a great experience.

Cons:

The only thing that I would complain about is the cigarette smell in the lobby and the halls, although there was no cigarette smell in my room.

We did not stay for breakfast

Cons:

The bedding. The pillow right on top and easily spotted was dirty. House keeping should have noticed. It had like blood stains on it. A white pillow case. Unacceptable. I used to be in house keeping and I still can't believe it. Poor attention to detail.
