Great location. Pool great!

Cons:

The walls are very thin unfortunately so every time someone uses the toilet you can hear everything. It didn’t spoil our stay but not ideal

Ce n’est clairement pas un hôtel 4 étoiles , personnel débordé ou absent … petit-déjeuner absolument pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles avec des produits industriels et bas de gamme .
La chambres et salle de bain très vétustes avec douche minuscule et pommeau de douche encrassé de calcaire noir …
Rideaux transparent dans la chambre qui nous réveillait le matin vers les 6 h .. nous avons demandé à 3 reprises le changement des rideaux ( demande non résolue malgré la promesse de la gérante … )
Mariage organisé le samedi soir avec énormément de bruit .
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique en Sardaigne mais certainement pas grâce à cet hôtel …

We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Pulicinu in Sardinia and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect.
The hotel and its surroundings were exactly as promised — beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, with easy access to lovely beaches and beautiful scenery all around. The area is peaceful yet still close enough to restaurants and attractions.
The staff were outstanding. Everything was amazing — the rooms, the facilities, and the overall atmosphere. What really impressed us was the service: if we had any small issue, it was resolved quickly and with a smile. That kind of responsiveness made our stay so relaxing and stress-free.
We truly enjoyed every part of our time here and would highly recommend Hotel Pulicinu to anyone looking for a great base in Sardinia. We’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

We arrived late , around 10pm and we get incorrect room. But this was quickly resolved in the morning and the room was changed.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht den Standards eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels: Aufbacksemmeln , generell die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und die Tische waren nicht eingedeckt. Meine Nachricht an die Hotelleitung wurde ignoriert, was unseren Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verschlechterte. Ich habe keinerlei Einwände gegen die Ausrichtung einer Hochzeit in Ihrem Hotel; es wäre jedoch angemessen gewesen, die Gäste im Voraus darüber zu informieren. Eine kleine Geste der Höflichkeit wäre ebenfalls angebracht gewesen. Insgesamt entsprach das Erlebnis nicht den Qualitätsstandards, die man von einem Hotel erwartet.

- Die Location ist schön, besonders der Ausblick.
- Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

- unfreundlicher Check-in bei der offensichtlich überforderten Receptionistin
- Enttäuschung beim Zimmerbezuges - das erste Zimmer war beinahe leer abgesehen vom Bett und dementsprechend lieblos (weit entfernt von den Zimmerfotos auf Booking), wir mussten/konnten es zum Glück wechseln, weil die Tür sich nicht verschliessen liess, und das zweite Zimmer war minimal besser aber dreckig inkl. Zigarettenstummel und leerer Petflasche vom Vorgänger auf dem Balkon.
- Die Krönung war, dass am Samstag eine Hochzeit stattfand, von der wir nichts wussten; Ich denke man kann erahnen wie unangenehm es war am Pool zu liegen etwa drei Meter von einer Hochzeitsgesellschafft - lesen oder entspannen war nicht möglich bei dieser lauten Musik und dem Gewusel der vielen Gäste.

Sorry Pulicinu, we vonden het helaas niet waard.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt, heel mooie locatie, bed lag heerlijk en het was schoon.

Cons:

Dit is geen 4 sterren-hotel, de faciliteiten zijn hier niet compleet genoeg voor. De prijs kwaliteitverhouding klopt dan ook niet. Als dit verkocht werd als(goedkoper) 3-sterren was het een heel ander verhaal. Zo was er geen koffie/thee op de kamer, de receptie was rommelig en dikwijls onvindbaar. Bij inchecken moesten we de paspoorten achterlaten zodat dit later gedaan kon worden. Handdoeken en beddengoed waren wel fris gewassen maar waren duidelijk oud, er zaten sigarettengaten in en alle handdoeken waren verschillend. De kamer was zeer gedateerd en ondanks deze schoon was kon je ruiken dat er ooit gerookt was. Er werd ook eigenlijk de hele dag naar onze smaak te harde muziek afgespeeld, bij de bar, bij de eetruimte én bij het zwembad(soms ook door elkaar heen), vanaf het ontbijt al(harde housemuziek). Echt heel rustig kon je er dus helaas niet zitten.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, schöner gepflegter Garten mit Pool.
Freundliches Personal, hat sich sehr bemüht, die Probleme in unserem Zimmer zu beheben

Cons:

Bei Ankunft am Nachmittag fand eine private Party mit lauter Livemusik statt. Am Morgen um 8 h begann laute Technomusik am Pool, gleich neben unserem Zimmer. Es war unerträglich. Man konnte nicht in Ruhe lesen oder ausschlafen.
Im Zimmer/Badezimmer müsste einiges repariert oder ersetzt werden.
Sauberkeit im Zimmer liess zu wünschen übrig, safe funktionierte nicht.

Cons:

Le lit n'était pas fait à nôtre arrivée, pas de serviettes non plus
La télécommande du jacuzzi inutilisable puisque la télécommande nous a été donnée le matin de nôtre depart ce qui enleve tout intérêt d'avoir réservé cette suite
Le ménage peut être amélioré, beaucoup de cheveux longs qui traînent
L'hôtel pourrait être top si il était mieux géré

Très bel hôtel. Quelques petits problèmes de gestion à améliorer.
Pros:

Architecture et cadre magnifiques. La vue de notre chambre était fabuleuse (numéro 206). Excellente literie. Grande piscine permettant de nager à l'aise. Chaises longues agréables. Petit déjeuner complet. Jardin très bien entretenu. Grand parking.

Cons:

Absence de rideau opacifiant dans la chambre. Sèche cheveux très bruyant.
Beaucoup de tables non débarrassées pour le petit déjeuner. La grande pièce d'eau à l'entrée était vide (restauration en cours)
