Pros:

Расположение отеля отличное, мы жили в G этаже, выход с балкона прямо в сад и бассейн. В двух шагах от коттеджа доступ к океану, которая прекрасными волнами вдохновляет к лучшему настроению.
Питание очень хорошее, мы бронировали проживание с полным пансионом, рекомендую если вы хотите провести время в пляжном отдыхе и доступом в промежутке в различные туры дневные и шоппинг лучше оставаться в этой гостинице.

Good value and great pool
Pros:

Good location and very comfortable room, although air conditioning was very noisy. Pool is great and dinner/breakfast generous

Location was good and staff nice it was relaxing place food was excellent

This was my first-ever booking through Booking.com, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.

Booking.com showed a Deluxe Family Room for 4 adults, 1 night at Rs. 19,296. However, the hotel confirmation quoted USD 203.22, which is approximately Rs. 67,000 after conversion — more than THREE TIMES the online offer price.

The hotel refused to provide the room at the Booking.com offer price and then took 4 days to process the cancellation. I had to suffer unnecessary stress, frustration and inconvenience for 4 days.

I strongly condemn the way this reservation was handled. As this was my first Booking.com experience, it has seriously damaged my trust in online hotel bookings. I am now very reluctant to use Booking.com or similar online booking services again.

I strongly request Booking.com and the hotel to investigate this matter and ensure that innocent customers do not face such unacceptable pricing discrepancies and inconvenience in the future.

We enjoyed our short stay in Pegasus Reef; a professionally run hotel with truly friendly staff
Pros:

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is what we really liked the most. The breakfast and dinner food was first class!

Cons:

Not being able to use the beach for a beach resort hotel is misleading and can cause real frustration with customers.
