Location, room!
The Red Brighton Blue is beautiful. My room was small - which I expected it to be, I booked a single room - but was clean, stylish, comfortable and had everything I needed. The biscuits, chocolates, water and coffee machine were a really nice extra touch. Peter was a great host, incredibly welcoming. I was only sorry not to stay longer!

Super nettes Personal, liebevoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel.
Peter and Steve were incredibly welcoming, I had a single room on the top floor. It was well appointed, clean, with tea/coffee facilities, which were replenished on a daily basis.
Breakfast was not served in the hotel, but I was given a voucher to use in a number of local cafes, allowing personal choice.

from start to finish this has been the best experience of staying in a hotel we have had so far inn the UK. Peter was lovely and welcoming and gave us lots of useful info on where to go, where to eat. The room was exceptional - especially the light that comes on in the bathroom around the toilet! this is great when you don't want to turn the main bathroom light on. They provided a fan in the room without us asking for one which was a godsend! Great location for on the beach festival we went to. would recommend here and would 100% come back :)

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and well situated. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated Everything was to a high standard and the bathroom was excellent.
Couldn't fault it. I suppose if breakfast had been served that would have been nice, but we enjoyed good breakfasts nearby so it wasn't an issue

It's a very small but functional one bed room with a very small bathroom. Everything was super clean. There is a coffee machine, kettle and a fridge. The wifi was good. It was quite warm in Brighton, but there is a fan to keep you cool. The walls seems very thick as i couldn't hear any other customers.
The mattress felt a bit worn out, probably from people sitting in the same spot on it when watching TV.

fan was provided, owners were flexible with my arrival time, coffee machine in the room, beds were made every day, nice shutters, sash window that could be opened properly helped with temperature regulation despite warm weather
