Superb, quiet, clean, comfortable!
Pros:

Nice and quiet location in the thick of what is going on in Brighton! Nice clean facilities, pleasant staff and the restaurant / event recommendations were good.

Pros:

Établissement très agréable, propre, les propriétaires charmants et à l’écoute.

Cons:

Je n’avais pas vu que l’établissement ne proposait pas de petit déjeuner mais une machine à café dans la chambre à régler le problème.

Pros:

The hotel was nicely decorated, the bathroom was modern and well equipped. WiFi was excellent. Its close to the beach but quiet which is great. I had a single person room. It is smaller but roomy with high ceilings, lovely window shuttered and a comfortable bed.

Pros:

We were met with such friendly staff , which continued through our stay.
The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy.
We were given great advice on restaurants and where to go in Brighton.

Un très bon week-end, je reviendrais avec plaisir.
Pros:

L’emplacement est super, proche de l’arrêt de bus et des endroits à visiter à Brighton.
La propreté est respectée.

Cons:

Les dernières chambres ne sont pas climatisées, il y a un ventilateur au plafond. Il peut faire très chaud lors des journées de chaleur.

Anbefaler stedet på det varmeste for mitt behov
Pros:

Personalet og beliggenhet med få minutter gåavstand til stranden og sentrum gågatene samtidig med relativt stille utenfor var utmerket, Eierne er svært hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Den koselige lille hagen, inngangspartiet med utsikt til sjøen var topp.

Cons:

Antall spisesteder rett ved er mange, men det smakte ikke godt etter min smak. Hotellet er uten heis og det er litt langt å gå trappene til 5 etasje, men de tilbød å bære kofferten.

Comfortable, clean and friendly place! Highly recommend.
Pros:

The rooms were kept in great condition and the hotel was clean and cozy. Steve, the host, was super friendly too! The hotel smells great and there was a lovely atmosphere in the place.

Cons:

Not much could have been better. Only thing is that it is slightly out of the way, but that only meant it was dead quiet as you sleep so you get a good night's rest.

This property is well worth considering, as close to a variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes.
Pros:

In a central location, very quiet and access to a garden with seating. Steve the host is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.
