But no AC but a great ceiling fan that works well and a window you can open
Wonderful house in a great location. Steve and Peter were incredibly welcoming and gave us fantastic tips for exploring the best of Brighton. Everything was spotless, and we had a wonderful stay.
The room was very small and quite expensive. However, that was obviously due to the busy weekend with Pride and the concert in Preston Park, so it's not really something to complain about. Next time, we'll just book earlier! Apart from that, everything was excellent.
Lovely hotel and Steve and Peter were so lovely and helpful.
Room was fab. Bed was comfy and there was a great selection of teas and coffee, along with biscuits, and the water and chocolate in the fridge was a nice touch.
There was also a fan in the room (which was great for me being a woman of a certain age!!)
Short walk into town along the sea front but also some lovely cafes seconds from the hotel.
Had a lovely couple of days and would definitely stay again next time we visit Brighton.

The Red Brighton Blue is beautiful. My room was small - which I expected it to be, I booked a single room - but was clean, stylish, comfortable and had everything I needed. The biscuits, chocolates, water and coffee machine were a really nice extra touch. Peter was a great host, incredibly welcoming. I was only sorry not to stay longer!
Really lovely place to stay. Owners were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Will definitely use again.

Peter and Steve were incredibly welcoming, I had a single room on the top floor. It was well appointed, clean, with tea/coffee facilities, which were replenished on a daily basis.
Breakfast was not served in the hotel, but I was given a voucher to use in a number of local cafes, allowing personal choice.

from start to finish this has been the best experience of staying in a hotel we have had so far inn the UK. Peter was lovely and welcoming and gave us lots of useful info on where to go, where to eat. The room was exceptional - especially the light that comes on in the bathroom around the toilet! this is great when you don't want to turn the main bathroom light on. They provided a fan in the room without us asking for one which was a godsend! Great location for on the beach festival we went to. would recommend here and would 100% come back :)
