For a comfortable and safe stay, please keep the following hotel rules in mind:

1. Registration and Stay
• Check-In: From 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: Until 12:00.
• Identification: Valid identification document is required for registration.
• Visitors: Visitors are not allowed to access the rooms. Use the common areas to receive visits.

2. Use of Facilities
• Clothing: Appropriate clothing must be worn in all common areas of the hotel. Not allowed walking barefoot, without a shirt or in swimsuits outside the pool area.
• Food and Drinks: It is not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the rooms or common areas. All food and drinks must be consumed inside restaurants and bars
of the hotel.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and interior areas. Only allowed in areas designated abroad.
• Noise: Keep the volume low on devices and avoid making noise in hallways and room after 10:00 p.m.

3. Services and Payments
• Billing: Rates are calculated per night. Be sure to settle all accounts by check out.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for possible damage.
• Safe: Use the safe in your room for valuables.

4. Safety and Conduct
• Emergencies: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and evacuation plan available in the room.
• Animals: Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.

Great for hen/stags or if all you wana do it party

Close location to the beach

Cons:

A lot of people were off their faces on drugs. One guy was causing issues took his phone and trainers in the pool and then started on anyone that was looking at him including a group of women. That needs to be more security by the pool because he didn’t get removed and he was causing loads of issues.

Hardly enough sunbeds if you don’t get out by 10 am, you will not get a bed

Pros:

We came to Benidorm for one night, we were greeted by Mar on reception. She gave us a warm welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality.

No es un hotel aconsejable para ir con niños

El desayuno muy bien. Todo bueno. Y el hotel es muy bonito, limpio y huele muy bien

No me gustó el ambiente de la piscina. Fui con mi hija de 11 años y deberían especificar que es un hotel "only adults"... ya que hay un dj pinchando durante el día y bailarinas, y todo el mundo bebiendo alcohol. También éramos las únicas españolas, prácticamente, en casi todo el hotel
