Pros:

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr froh, in Puno genau in diesem Hotel gewesen zu sein. Klasse!

Es fab zwar in der Lobby Sitzecken aber es war zu kalt, um sich dirt aufzuhalten.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Im ganzen Hotel war es sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Es hat ewig gedauert, bis das Zimmer warm war.

Amei tudo nesse lugar, desde o pessoal que trabalha que são muito receptivos, povo peruano muito bacana, quarto e banheiro grandes, tudo excelente.
O café da manhã é divino, vcs precisam tomar os sucos!!! Alem de ter ótima localização, fica pertinho da praça.
Super recomendo! Não tem como errar escolhendo esse lugar.

Just a great place to stay
Pros:

Tha staff were amazing. Even with my small amount of Spanish we managed to achieve everything I required.
Breakfast and housekeeping very good aswell.
Everyone was very friendly and always had a smile.
All spot on.
