Hotel La Bisaccia

We spent a beautiful week here and it was incredible. I had done extensive research of nearby towns and hotels and La Bisaccia was what I chose. We weren’t disappointed! My favorite part of the hotel were the lounge chairs along the coast line. You could access the ocean on what was a near private beach! We chose chairs under a tree and loved the shaded area. The ocean is gorgeous, the rooms are well furnished and the patio was perfect! Service from staff was always friendly. Walking distance to many restaurants and the public beach. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The location is beautiful! The beach and pool are amazing. There isn’t much to do around the hotel however and there seems to be no bus route which means you can’t explore the island. The hotel rooms we had were clean but needed updating. The decor was tired and the bathroom very dated- tap shower over a bath with a shower curtain. The sea view however was fantastic. The bar/restaurant/pool staff were very friendly however the reception staff less so. Having to buy bottled water was something we hadn’t expected and there is no grocery shop in the immediate area.

Great location.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, and we stayed in the newly renovated section. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend booking the half-board option. The food is varied and absolutely delicious. In the evening, you can choose four courses from an à la carte menu, and the selection changes every day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Our stay had both positives and negatives. The location is excellent, with a beautiful beach just steps away, and the breakfast each morning was very good with plenty of choice.

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and the bathtub was broken. The hotel only provided two small bottles of complimentary water on arrival, after which we had to purchase all of our own drinking water for the remainder of the trip, which was unexpected.

The biggest letdown was the customer service. Staff were unfriendly, and Erica at the front desk was particularly rude. She rarely acknowledged us and wouldn’t even greet us with a simple “hello,” which made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay.

Overall, while the location and beach are wonderful and the breakfast is enjoyable, the poor room condition and lack of hospitality mean we would not choose to stay here again.

Just returned from a great holiday from this lovely Hotel was in a excellent location and great views The only slight issue was the bed was a little bit hard, but then I'm being Picky as we are already planning to return next year

Jolie chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire. La demi pension, grand choix dans le menu. Jolie piscine. La plage de l’hôtel est superbe.

This was my third stay and I like the pool, the beach, the food, many of the staff and the little village nearby with restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. Staff at the bar (Fabio, Ivan, Giorgia) and pool (Matteo) very friendly and nice. Nicole at the Front Desk tried her best to resolve issues like getting a multi-plug extension cord and getting housekeeping to remove their horribly expensive drinks from the minibar.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay, however Baja location is not easy to get to other places of interest. Bus timetable was impossible to decipher even the hotel reception knew nothing about buses. We booked one trip with Tui that was cancelled, then booked one through the hotel at three times the cost! A very good trip but would like to have explored more of Sardinia.
