A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! very unprofessional and rude woman at reception. Lied to us multiple times. We asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was there to help and he would get back to us. Did nothing to rectify problems and avoided us until we left the next day without any resolution or discussion about talking to a manager. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Many other places around that you will get better service and facilities for the same price. Broken / dented amenities, disgusting remote controls taped up with hair attached, bad patch ups jobs, lots of road noise, broken lifts. Will not check you in 1 minute before the 2 o'clock check-in and were extremely rude in telling you so.

Our key is always stuffing up. We have to go to the reception to validate the key again.

Noise! But it's a city so you expect road noise.
But we didn't appreciate the workman starting before 5am in the apartment next door on renovations. For our return trip next week we have asked to be allocated a different room.

staff not very friendly, in particular the lady in reception. 3 coffee sachets for a 2 night stay, had to go and ask for more. facilities broken, scratched and questionable repairs on property, patching of holes, broken kettle etc would not check us in a minute before 2pm.

I’m a regular user & was so disappointed this time.
Lift to garage out of order. No body bothered to tell me even when I paid.
No hand towels had to ask twice
Getting to car nightmare as you had to get access from staff - which always came across as being inconvenient.
No discount.
Only on staff member was worth talking to.
As a regular I’m totally disgusted.
When I was trying to leave they were cleaning the garage - car dirty & workman not happy that they had to stop.

i can't stand that i have to chance up the bonds and now i find that i am being double billed!!!!!!
the manager there has blacklisted me wanting my bonds back and now i have to go through all the transactions myself because no one there really wants to help
