Accueil exécrable : aucun sourire ni aucune amabilité lors du check-in. Ça commençait déjà mal. Même constat avec une partie du personnel croisé durant le séjour, qui ne répondait même pas aux bonjours.
Côté bruit, l’isolation est quasiment inexistante. On entend les machines et équipements des chambres voisines fonctionner.
Le seul point positif est le très grand lit, confortable et agréable. Malheureusement, la veille du départ, en bougeant le lit pour récupérer un objet, nous avons découvert l’état déplorable de la couette : elle était littéralement tachée d’anciennes traces d’urine. C’est tout simplement inadmissible.
Pour couronner le tout, un de nos t-shirts a disparu après le passage du service de ménage venu changer les draps. Malgré notre signalement, aucune recherche sérieuse n’a semblé être effectuée.
Un mail de réclamation a été envoyé et, à ce jour, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Cons:

One evening workmen were next door with a hammer drill working at 10.30pm went to reception to help nobody in attendance. Luckily the workmen stopped soon after I asked for an extra pillow and it took at least two requests to receive one. One settee the only was uncomfortable
