Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds and beach. All felt very clean and fresh
LOVED the big fluffy pool towels daily, and the huge iguanas walking round the pool
There was no local shop in walking distance. The cost of was rather steep

La limpieza del baño no estuvo bien, me quejé en dos oportunidades y aún así no la limpiaron bien. El personal no fue atento, en varias oportunidades que necesite ayuda no fueron amables. La ubicación no está buena, no hay nada cerca si no tienes auto. Está lejos de todo. En otra oportunidad cobraron de más una bebida que indicaban en la carta un precio peor al momento de pagar cobraron otro indicaron que el precio en la carta estaba desactualizado. Puse una queja y me indicaron que tenía que escribirles a uds porque me ofrecieron hacerme un reembolso de 120 dólares + taxes por los inconvenientes ocurridos.
I liked the location and the beach
The room was dirty, there was dust on the lamps, especially next to bed and then also on other surfaces, also the fridge was broken, we asked to fix it, but nobody did and also we saw mold on the ceiling of the shower in one of the bathroom’s, and also the towels that they gave us every time at the pool and beach were with stains.

Clean and friendly staff
On the homepage is emphasized they offer breakfast buffet and a la card, but they only offered a la card. We prefer buffet. This was the reason we booked this hotel.
