Pros:

Quarto ótimo, espaçoso e com dois banheiros. Muito bom!

Cons:

Café da manhã só à la carte e muito caro. O que ajuda é a cafeteira no quarto.

Cons:

Este año no nos gusto la estadía porque el hotel estaba más pendiente de los jueces o árbitros del mundial. Tenían uso exclusivo del restaurante donde se supone que todos los que pagamos deberíamos haber usado

Very nice hotel and some lovely staff but let down by others unfortunately with no compensation
Pros:

Location great and lovely hotel

Cons:

Lights and TV didn’t work in room
It took a few calls to get lights mended
But no one ever came to repair or help even though I asked reception on three occasions

After all these problems when I asked to check out at 2 instead of 12 - when I was only allowed in room at 3 , I was promptly charged $200 to my card

Absolutely fabulous
Pros:

Hotel was amazing. Pool and beach were amazing. Staff were amazing. Room was PERFECT. What a view. Perfect amount of space. Will absolutely stay again!! Can't thank them enough for such an amazing time for a birthday girls trip!

Cons:

Only minor negative - Would've liked to have known upfront that you have to valet the car to park and the valet cost is 58$ a night.
