El lugar es muy bonito y súper instagrameble

El personal del valet parking cuando llegue me pidió propina y ni siquiera fue capaz de ayudarme a abrir la puerta cuando me vio cargadas de maletas , y no pude hacer uso de varios lugares como el gimnasio y el restaurante principal por qué está cerrado por la FIFA

Muy buen hotel. Pero el servicio regular y demorado.

Muy buenas y amplias habitaciones. Zonas comunes muy bonitas

Cons:

El restaurante esta cerrado para la FIFA y la atención demasiado lenta. Muy pocas opciones para desayunos y muy costo para la calidad. Muchas llamadas para pedir algo a la habitación y nunca respondieron.

Fue una mala experiencia ! El hotel estába con un contingente de FIFA y casi todos los espacios eran de uso exclusivo para ellos , el wifi es un desastre , la recepción me mal trato y el room service nunca estaba disponible

Atendimento dos rapazes do bar da piscina e da padaria/doceria/sorveteria. Vamos faz muitos anos ao Grand beach e essas pessoas sao muito bacanas... A senhora e senhor do sorvete, os rapazes do bar da piscina... a moca do concierge...otima tambem. Recepcionista deixam a desejar. Piscinas e serviço de toalhas bem bons.

Cons:

Agora, os seguranças da area externa, em especial um grande já identificado, acabaram estragando a experiencia. Mal educado e debochado, sem falar que o restaurante do hotel atendia na recepção, isso foi muito ruim, novamente, ano passado foi mesma coisa... serviço de quarto péssimo tambem, como sempre.

Pros:

I took a birthday trip with my 2 daughters back in April and was left with mixed feelings. First of all, location is not great, you cannot walk anywhere, you have to drive or take a trolly. The thermostat was broken in our room so it would get super warm at night and every time the house keeping came, they'd leave the balcony door open. I never made a fuss as I was traveling alone with my children, so we just sucked it up. There was a balcony, which is always a plus, but the paint all over the balcony was coming off and would rub off on your feet. I travel quite a lot and have never left a review for any hotel before but I am this time because of this- I require lifelong medication that I am always paranoid about when traveling, so every time I leave the room, I make sure it is secure and my bags are left in a specific way so I can tell if they've been moved. One day, after being gone all day I noticed the bag was moved. I noted it but saw my meds were still there and kept on with my day. As I was packing to leave, I noticed I had a missing dress and sweater I wore upon arrival. As I was checking out, I uncomfortably mentioned this to the man at the front desk and his response was "why would anybody want your medication?" (which obv was not the point) and told me he'd have somebody be in touch. Nobody was ever in touch. I never followed up because I'm not looking for anything, I just wanted management to be aware and acknowledge it. Not sure if anybody has had a similar situation here, but just thought it should be put out there.
