An excellent stay, would definitely book this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to the railway station and in the centre of town. Parking at the hotel was also very good. Staff were very friendly and very efficient, spacious room even though we had booked a twin bedded room and the hotel was very clean.

Cons:

You have to ask at reception to have your room serviced.

Pros:

Very central for Peterborough. Plenty of free car parking. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean.
Bar area very pleasant and the staff were very friendly & polite.

Cons:

Could do with a bit of re-painting here and there.

Flying visit with a friend.
Pros:

Stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson recently and unfortunately the experience was very mixed. The hotel itself has potential, but the overall service felt quite dysfunctional at times, with communication between staff seeming inconsistent throughout the stay. Cleanliness was also disappointing — rooms and communal areas appeared only half cleaned in places, which let the whole experience down.

That said, the night staff were genuinely lovely and easily the highlight of the visit. Friendly, approachable and doing their best despite the obvious operational issues around them. With better organisation and more attention to cleaning standards, this hotel could be much better.
