Prima verblijf voor een of enkele nachten.
Pros:

Prima verblijf in centrum van Luik. De ‘standaard’ kamer is nog steeds erg ruim met een moderne badkamer. Aardig personeel en prima ontbijt.

Cons:

De toilet is van plastic. Gelukkig ben ik niet zwaar, want anders zou ik die pot niet vertrouwen.

Für ein Wochenende mit Stadtbesichtigung sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof war sehr gut. Die Altstadt war bequem mit der Straßenbahn oder auch zu Fuß an der Maas entlang zu erreichen. Den Frühstücksdienst haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Zimmer war recht groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit kann noch verbessert werden.
Das Personal am.Empfang war sehr freundlich.

L’accueil était chaleureux, c’est pour cela que j’ai beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. La dame était souriante, attentive et à l’écoute. Même mon fils a eu besoin de médicaments, et elle a pris le temps de nous aider. Je tiens vraiment à vous remercier pour tout. Je souhaite déjà réserver à nouveau pour une prochaine fois. Mille mercis pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel. L’accueil était chaleureux. La dame était souriante et à l’écoute. Même lorsque mon fils a demandé des médicaments, elle nous a aidés avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Je vous remercie mille fois pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et souhaitons réserver à nouveau lors de notre prochaine visite.

Fajny hotel z dobrą ceną, dobrze położony. Miła obsługa. Możesz liczyć na ich pomoc.

Blisko dworca kolejowego, przystanku autobusowego i tramwajowego. Obok jest sklep, gdzie można kupić napoje i prowiant udając się np. na wycieczkę

Przed wejściem do hotelu jest stopień. Można się potknąć. Mi się to udało bez specjalnych starań.

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeit erlebt

Die gute Lage direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof

Cons:

Ich hatte im Vorhinein angemeldet, ein Zimmer, Blickrichtung Bahnhof. Dies wurde mir nicht erfüllt, trotz Bestätigung des Hotels. Die Zimmer würden schon vergeben sein, ich bekam das gleiche Zimmer, das ich schon letztes Jahr im Hotel hatte. Rückseite mit Blick im Hof.
Das Zimmer hatte schon damals Stühle die nicht ganz sicher standen.
Die Armaturen im Badezimmer waren nicht ganz abgedichtet und das WC hatte keinen extra Griff für zum Aufstehen. Die zweite Person, die mit mir fuhr ist über 80 Jahre alt und hatte Schwierigkeiten beim Aufstehen, ich musste ihm dabei helfen.
Das Frühstück, das letzte Jahr besser war, war so ungenießbar, ich kam mir vor wie im einem Garni Hotel ohne Sterne.
Das Frühstück wurde von Tag zu Tag immer schlechter, trotz Feiertage.
