Cons:

We took our gear to the car and wandered off for breakfast, on return to our room, to prepare for our drive, housekeeping was already in our room. We hadn’t even checked out and still had our room keys!!!

Pros:

Very clean, great location and view of the water. Not too noisy either being over the Main Street in a Friday night.

Good hotel. Multiple incompetent staff members
Pros:

Location is great, facilities and rooms are clean. Staff for the most part were unprofessional, unorganised and unable to problem solve. Loud construction noise that we were not informed of prior to or at check in. We raised this with reception and they informed us then that the noise would occur throughout most of our stay. We did get moved to an upgraded room which was nice but was after three calls to reception and then having to physically attend to resolve the issue. We were told we would need to move rooms halfway through our stay which we agreed but then on the day before moving we were told we didn’t need to move. Then the next day reception asked us why we hadn’t checked out and the staff member we spoke to demanded we move and spoke negatively about her colleagues to me, a guest. We went to reception and spoke to a different staff member, he was incredibly helpful and fixed the situation. When I checked out the same staff member continued to talk poorly of her colleagues when it was her who had made the error and the error of the hotel to move guests into rooms with such loud construction noise.

Great location and pool facilities

Cons:

Furniture in the room we had was very old and very uncomfortable.

The couch was very hard and uncomfortable, as was the bed. The bed was the most disappointing part and needs an upgrade asap as no one should be sleeping on that. We had to put layers of blankets down on the bed just to make it bearable enough to sleep.

The location was absolutely amazing the room was always kept clean and there was always coffee milk and a smile from the staff !

Great stay and the accommodation and location were outstanding.
Pros:

Location was outstanding. Room had everything we needed, including an amazing view of the ocean.

Cons:

Our bedroom was located right at the entrance of our level so a bit of foot traffic and a little loud.

Family holiday
Pros:

The premises are impressive, the room perfect, the staff friendly. Everything went to plan with no stress. Very clean. Perfect location. No noise. Everything that we needed was right there.
