Pros:

Location is very good and has tram very close by.
Staff were SUPER and helpfull. Well done!

Cons:

Room was okay but not very clean. Average.
Breakfast did not had alot of options, very basic and not really tasty.

Hotel enorme e un po' datato...ma praticamente con tutto, casinò,spa molto grande, palestra, piscina e giardino per prendere il sole , colazione ottima ed abbondante,con grande scelta di salato e dolce, posizione a 3 minuti dalla stazione dei bus

Önceden de konakladığım tercih ettiğim otelde rahat bir konaklama geçirdim.
Pros:

Sessiz oda talebimin karşılanmasını ve ayrıca geniş iki kişilik oda verilmesi beni memnun etti. Mariana Dimitrova Hanıma ilgisi için teşekkür ederim.
Özellikle de resepsiyonist Burak Bey'e özel teşekkürlerimi iletmek istiyorum. İşini severek yapması, güler yüzü , çözüm odaklı pozitif yaklaşımları takdiri fazlası ile hakediyor. Böyle personellerin kıymeti bilinmeli.

Cons:

Otel resepsiyon girişindeki siyah takımlı asabi mizaçlı ne görev yaptıklarını anlamadığım genelde yaşlı adamların otelin ilk girişteki imajını zedelediğini düşünüyorum. Dünya genelinde bir ortama ilk girişte edinilen intiba önemlidir. Bu arkadaşlar karşılama görevlisi değilse orada bulunmamalı.İlk karşılamada güler yüzlü olumlu intiba bırakan personeller görevlendirilmeli.
