Great value for outstanding service and facilities!
4 people in reservation but only 3 bath towels in room; not good
Staff was excellent. Very pleasant & helpful. Room was lovely, like a mini apartment 😍

The bed was too mushy as we're the pillows- not very comfortable & my back hurt upon awakening. I like to wake up feeling refreshed! I didnt. Which is a shame because the room.was actually

The bathroom floor could have been cleaner-there was black long hair & dirt along the floor boards 🙄
Good amenities at a reasonable price. Great breakfast, many choices and cooked well. The pool area was a good size, depth, and clean. The hottub was clean, hot, and worked as expected. The snacks in the convenience area by the front desk were reasonably priced. Close to many stores such as PetSmart and Target. The televison allows you to stream from your devices or login to apps like Disney and Netflix. The hotel automatically signs you out of those apps in case you forget at checkout.
The toilet in our room filled very slowly and made a high pitched hiss the entire time unless you took the back off of the toilet and manually pulled up on the float. The bathroom door just barely closes. If the door were 1cm wider it would hit the toilet and stop.

It was clean, welcoming, and had an excellent breakfast included in the stay.
The parking lot could be bigger. There wasn’t enough room, so cars made their own spots and it was difficult for me to back out of my spot in the morning because two cars that were not in actual spots were parked behind me.

It was a weekend and several guests were very loud. The staff was able to quiet them down but is was late
My husband and I were in town for our friend’s wedding and we LOVE IT! The staff is absolutely amazing, every single person there was awesome. The ladies in the breakfast area are so nice, they will say hi and chat with everyone, they had a great menu at breakfast too, although they are only there M-F such a shame but we loved them, Imelda and Carmen were fabulous. Nicole in the front desk she is great, she chat with us for a while and she was so attentive. Angela in the evening shift is such a sweetheart, we enjoyed talking with her several times and sharing fun stories, the cleaning crew was also great, always ensuring we had enough supplies. We are absolutely coming back to this hotel when we visit again. AMAZING PERSONNEL!!!
The elevator had a weird smoking smell, we think it might have been some guest who smoked outside and just being with them the smell.
