Pros:

Breakfast, dinner and bar services were all friendly and staff were helpful. The hotel is in a great location forfor getting toand from the airport and walking into the old mall, the museum and local eateries.

Cons:

The outdoor bar area was lovely but it would have been nice to have an indoor option too. The dining space was fine but lacked a litrle cosiness and was rather quiet, but the food was lovely.

As a regular guest here over the last 2 years I will not stay here again. The last few occasions have just been issues.
Pros:

Location is good and rooms comfortable.

Hotel an der A 3, nah am Flughafen, Parkplatz bewacht, Gartenanlage mit pool gepflegt, direkt am Fluss, Zimmer ruhig u sauber, massage super, Pizza u lasagne sehr gut, Frühstücksbüfet reichhaltig, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, empfehlenswertes hotel direkt in Maun

Cons:

Die im hotel angebotenen outdoor-Aktivitäten haben mich nicht überzeugt.

We had a lovely time, good food, comfortable accommodation and friendly staff.
Pros:

The shuttle was a life saver. The pool and bar was a real gem. The dinner was great, especially the Amarula chicken livers. The rooms are very private and ours had a very spacious sitting room. The mini fridge was a welcome addition

Cons:

The bathroom light switch turned all the room lights on, which was a bit of a problem when you went to the bathroom at night as the light woke up the person still sleeping. The bath/shower was a let down, it was not nice using that. A walk in shower would have been better. ( personal preference)

Over charged the booked price upon arrival
Pros:

Breakfast and location are good and suited my stay, the room is comfortable. The outdoor bar and pool area is very pleasant.

Cons:

Very unhappy at check in... I booked and confirmed my stay on booking.com, however upon arrival I was charged R1600.00 more than the booking price. Whats the point of being a Genius 3 member and getting online discounts when the hotel just charges what they want when you arrive???

Pros:

The shuttle person was there on time to take us to the hotel as requested via the app. The reception staff was delightful and helpful. Breakfast was okay. The location was as expected. There was a store just up the street about a block or so.

Cons:

There were arrangements by the hotel to shuttle us to the airport the next day to meet our tour person, but they did not show. The reception staff determined the issue and resolved, but we were slightly late. The dinner was not as expected based on menu or staff description.
