Not recommended if there is a function being held at the hotel.
Pros:

Large hotel with reasonable facilities.

Cons:

Property had a private function that started around 3pm and went on way past midnight. Hotel should have blocked the rest of the hotel off for the night as the function was a great disruption and extremely noisy for travellers wanting to get some sleep.
Staff were unapologetic the next morning and did not seem to care that the function was noisy and disruptive for other guests.

Cons:

The price charged was much higher than the price promised on bookings.com (and the staff refused to honor it), the room service took over an hour to arrive and I had to check on it myself and the staff seemed to not understand why this was a problem. The phone in the room did not work and so I couldn't call the reception for anything(such as to check on the room service), so I had to walk to reception every time I needed something. The housekeeping was supposed to bring another set of towels to the room and they never did. Overall disappointing.

Séjour très agréable avec un très bon accueil.
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner. Complet. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Jardin vaste et agréable. Bon restaurant, permet de diner. Etablissement sécurisé.

Beside bathroom leaking to the room the hotel was good
Pros:

Location easy to locate , morning manager so good approaching customer and greeting everyone and helping where needed

Cons:

Bathroom had leak , this was reported and no one showed up despite being told someone was coming over

Nice hotel for travellers and business people
Pros:

We liked the fact that the hotel is situated on a large property with open lawns and trees around the pool and dining area Hotel rooms and bathrooms have been modernised Ideal for a stop over We have stayed at other hotels in Francistown but will return to this one

Cons:

Nothing really For the price I feel they could throw in a continental breakfast as well

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

We did not have breakfast. We only had tea.

We forgot our phone charger, and when we enquired about it the following day, the housekeeping staff confirmed that they had found it and promised to keep it safely for us.
