Please note for safety reasons due to scheduled fireworks displays, the level 7 podium area at the property including the pool, pool deck, spa, fitness centre and sauna will be closed at 16:00 on River Fire night and New Year’s Eve. These areas will re-open the next day at 10:00.

Entry to the car park is off Charlotte Street. The laneway leading to the car park is on the right hand side of Charlotte Street between the Telstra Building and the Pancake Manor. Please note this is not signed due to Council Regulations.

In order to access the car park, guests are requested to turn right off Charlotte Street, just before the Pancake Manor Restaurant. The roller garage door is approximately 25-metres down this side street on the left. When guests reach this door, they must dial 101, followed by the bell symbol on the intercom panel.

All hotel guests are required to park in the car parks that are marked in green with 'Hotel Guest' displayed on the ground. Failure to park in these zones and/or clearly display your validated parking slip on the dash may result in car being towed at owners expense.

Please be informed that the swimming pool area—including the pool, spa, and sauna—will remain closed due to cladding removal works across multiple levels. These works are expected to be completed by the end of September 2026.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Great views of the river and southbank.

Cons:

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds that I have ever slept in.
It was a king size bed, which was 2 single beds pushed together.
The 2 single beds were different heights so there was a mini cliff in the middle of the bed.
The edges of the 2 beds were raised and there was no protection in the middle of the bed to mitigate this.

Pros:

Great location and close to supermarkets for a self contained apartment. Staff very courteous and most helpful, particularly assisting with advice on public transport.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Foxtel wasn't working during our stay.

The staff had heads down at the reception desk. We had to wait till we were acknowledged. Same when we arrived back lat at night the staff not interested.
The hallway had very strong musty smell as you walked out the lift ....very unpleasant

The parking difficulty - also I assumed parking was included in my stay initially

The bed was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly - close

Cons:

Parking intercom was frustrating - when paying for parking full instructions were not provided I had to phone 3 times and help was not available when I needed assistance - thankfully a staff member was walking through the car park and I was able to talk to someone about what I needed to do.
The code to the car park would have been helpful to receive when I booked the accommodation. It would have been good to know there are 3 Oaks in the city also - the lane way to oaks casino tower not clearly marked so if not familiar with the city traffic easy to miss.
