Disappointing as we have stayed here before recently and the experience was great.

The space in the room was great

Cons:

There was someone in the foyer when we arrived no shoes on, wrangling the vending machine, she appeared disheveled, it stunk of cigarettes and I wondered if she had been smoking. The hallway to the room was disgustingly dirty with old pizza boxes and litter, the room was clean. During the night someone was in the hallways screaming at the top of their lunges. Unsure in the morning if someone had come up the fire exit.

Overall, the venue was ideal to suit my movements to the various functions and the restaurant.
Pros:

I was attending the Lions Convention, and the hotel was 8 k's from the convention site, and close to the Adelaide ovel. One of the convention functions was at the hotel so this influenced me to stay at the hotel.
Parking at the hotel was handy, so was the restaurant.

Cons:

Me paying $150.00 per night, for four nights, considering I noticed rooms available for $139.00 and even as low as $119.00
