The price was great. Location on quiet side of the beach is amazing.

Cons:

No hot tub. We knew that though. Also know that it is dated, we knew that as well. Super clean and great location though.

Nice that it's right on the beach, but that's about the only positive thing going for this place.

Cons:

Sheets that were supposedly clean were full of sand the first night we arrived, there were dead bugs in the corners of the room, wifi was useless as it didn't work, TV didn't work, bathtub wouldn't drain and kept filling up with water, THERE WAS NO HAND SOAP, there was mold in the ceiling, shower curtain was absolutely disgusting, the a/c was insanely hot on the balcony and leaked water everywhere (which there was also leaking water from the balcony above us), the deadbolt to the door to the room wouldnt lock unless you really put some elbow grease into it and jiggled it at the same time, and the door to the balcony was stupid as it's a solid exterior door that blocks so much natural light as opposed to a standard sliding glass door for balconies. Definitely not worth how expensive this dumb room was. Especially considering they have maybe ten parking spots for guests, otherwise you're gonna be walking all your luggage and children across a busy road with no crosswalk. Insane!

Overall good experience, location is key and the pool was a plus!
Pros:

Location was perfect, 20 steps to the beach! Staff was very nice, cleaning crew and front desk.

Cons:

It’s older, needs some updating. Curtains didn’t close all the way. Elevator was super slow, needs updating.

It was a location and the hotel was just ok
Pros:

Or room want ready when we arrived. We were given a gift card for $50 to a Restaurant,/Bar and then they said they would call when the room was ready. I never got a call. 3 hours later I called them and the said the room was ready. The room we were put in wasn't what I thought I booked as I wanted the bedrooms separated. So we waited and were moved. We were never told the WiFi password. I called and told the password. It was on the sleeve the room cards were in.
