Minimum dishes for kitchen, air didn’t work that great,balcony chairs were cheap and broken, no broom for room, room slept 8 but would only give 4 towels and wash rags, room lighting was horrible, balcony concrete was breaking and cracked all over, facility needs upgrades big time.

No hair dryer, no ice bucket -- no TV guide and poor reception. Room is very basic, Pool was clean. No hot tub or splash pad. room picture was not like what we got. But was ok for our short stay

The view was great and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

I was charged an additional $100.00 deposit and was not informed about it until I showed up at the hotel. I was told the deposit would be refundable and still have not received it. I will never stay at this hotel again

Pros:

Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, beds are good too. having beach front views were awesome. staff is good. my family had a great relaxed stay and fun at beach.

Cons:

The room was not ready by our checkin time. Since we planned for other activities on same evening, we just checkedin and left, after 1 hour i called back and got confirmed the room was ready. Apart from this everything else was good.

The hot tub has been filled in so no hot tub and upon arrival our pull out couch sheets were never changed from the last guest and the sheet were filthy

It was a good place for the money on the beach with beautiful views!
Pros:

It was convenient to PCB and beach access was easy and not crowded. The beaches were clean and plenty of space to enjoy the ocean! The room was a good size for two queen beds. The kitchen had the basic things but not stocked with many utensils etc. The coffee was a single Keurig but only took pouches. The coffee in the lobby was excellent though! Our air unit was messed up so had to constantly jiggle the outlet to keep it on. That problem should be fixed by now though. Overall it was a nice and clean place to stay for our short weekend trip.

Cons:

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, but the low inventory in kitchen was disappointing but will know next time.
