Staff was great... Everything was spot on... Really enjoyed staying here!
There was a spacious room with comfy beds and a great sea view. A nice beach.
Being on beach, seeing beach from window.
No frying pans or decent coffee pot with good coffee, we went to Walmart and perchased a pan with spatula, some food items, we were loading stuff from our last day ,and going to catch those last few minutes on the beach before leaving, I walked over to see if coffee was on premise and had laid these things on tail gate while my husband was putting items in front cab, when someone came around back of truck and did a snatch and grab, we didn't realize things were gone until we stopped at a rest area to do lunch from said items. I know these things can be replaced, but we felt a since of being violated after we had had a peaceful couple of days away and our first time getting to PCB. And yes tailgate was shut without realizing stuff wasn't in it.

there was roaches everywhere, floors turned your bottom of your feet black. the pool had contraction tape all around it. there were no parking spaces u had to park across the street and cross main toad to get to hotel. housekeeping just walls in even if u ask them not
to. they don’t clean at all anything was very dirty. they don’t help accommodate anything. very very dirty place with tons of roaches everywhere u cant even buy groceries to have there because they get into it all.

Location, the room was great, I loved the split bedrooms.
Arrived at 12, letting office know I had arrived. Told it would be a couple of hours. That was okay because I was early. When I arrived at 12 noon, I parked at a bottom unit that had not been Occupied the night before. But I was told the second time of checking back, nothing was ready. Okay, I set in the parking lot for over an hour. Checked back with the office, still nothing. I noticed the office was getting busy at 3:10, I went back inside. Waited in line of 5 different family’s that got checked in and went to there room. I as again, “nothing available on bottom until 4:00. Again outside I went. Still waiting, ? Back inside at 3:55, Rome ready. The same one they had been vacant. Why did I have to wait so long? I never was rude, but I did not understand why I got treated this way.
the room was nice, ocean front, great views
had to call down for, then go down and to the desk to get a roll of TP because there was none in the bathroom. There was an orange outdoor extention cord plugged in below the TV, and ran over to the Refridgerator, and Micorwave. Hopefully this was a temporary measure uhntil the outlet behind the refridgetator coould be fixed.

Broken patio chairs and no late checkout given the palm tree chopping first thing Labor Day morning around the pool so we really couldn’t use it that morning. It was my last vacation day along with many others. Property management should have thought differently about scheduling that on one of the most expensive rate weekends?

Location and Staff Room was disgusting & poor shape. Front Bedroom had no air and was hot.

Ai photos misrepresented the hotel. Dirty, bugs, sheets were worn and needed replaced. Beds are fulls and not queens
