Very kind and accomodating staff, delicious breakfast and a seamless check in/out process. A wonderful stay!
Pros:

It was conveniently located, very clean & loved the amount of space in our room.

Cons:

The elevator was very glitchy and sounded sketchy. The layout of the room was a bit odd as well, with the way the TV was facing and a random table in the middle. BUT that’s not enough to decrease the quality of our stay.

Overall, excellent. Maintenance came up in the evening once we return and called a second time

Cons:

I booked 2 suites. My mom had issues with her toilet that weren’t resolved in a reasonable time. The cleaning staff indicated to hang the do not disturb on the door if cleaning not required. Later learned maintenance would not enter if do not disturb was on door

The convinience of being near to certain things.

Cons:

The room we got was quite outdated. Cupboard were full of crumbs. Under the bedsheets was full of crumbs, blood stain near my bed on the carpet, no decaf coffee at the breakfast, boxed foods instead fresh. Not long ago my sister stayed there and there was a coachroah on the bathroom counter. We paid almost 300.00 for a really outdated room for 1 night. Its crazy priced. I get cheaper and more updated rooms in Toronto for that price. I'm quite disappointed and this is probably the last time we rent a room in this hotel.

Overall the place is very good and I would consider it for future visits.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly especially Linda at check in and check out. The room was spacious.

Cons:

A dirty towel was left on the hanger on the bathroom door and the breakfast eggs were cold.
