Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff helped me out of a bad situation that I created. I showed up on the wrong night for the reservation! They found a room and didn't charge me for that night!!! Very helpful in a bad situation!

Preis-Leistung ist ok, aber die Betten sind durchgelegen
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, 3-Gänge-Menü im Rahmen der Halbpension war sehr gut.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die hauseigene Sauna und der Billardtisch im Keller waren super. Die Lage direkt am Park ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Vorhänge haben das Zimmer gut abgedunkelt.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzgebühr in Höhe von 18,50€/Nacht ist unangemessen sodass wir auf dem nahegelegenen Aldi-Parkplatz parkten, die Betten sind durchgelegen und die Schränke im Zimmer riechen nach altem Schrank.
Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen ist verbesserungswürdig.
Getränkepreise sind unangemessen hoch.

Ein rundum erholsameres Wochenende!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage im Park, ruhig zum Schlafen, leckeres Frühstück mit reichlich frischem Obst und Gemüse, bei Halbpension auch gute Auswahl beim Abendessen, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Sauna auch am Abend noch bis 21.00 Uhr geöffnet.

Cons:

Sonntags keine Zimmerreinigung und sonst Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage (allerdings wird bereits beim Check in nachgefragt ob gewünscht)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Parkhotel. Vor allem das köstliche Abendessen auf der Terrasse war eine Freude

Sehr schönes Hotel, Parkplätze direkt neben dem Hotel.
Super schöne Lage, direkt am See und Wald gelegen, perfekt für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund.
Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und auch sehr hochwertig.
Freundliches Personal und auch mit Hund kein Problem dort anzureisen.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Vielleicht sollte man die Schranken an den Parkplätzen ändern, sodass wenn man rauf fährt, dass man dort die Fernbedienung für die Schranke nutzen muss u zum runterfahren geht sie dann einfach auf.
Denn wir hatten das Problem, dass wir ausgeheckt haben u somit auch die Schlüssel abgegeben haben u dann sind wir noch mehr vom Parkplatz runtergekommen und mussten dann nochmal reinlaufen und Bescheid sagen.
