Emplacement idéal, déco soignée
Chambre vraiment petite, ok pour une nuit mais impossible de défaire 2 valises. Ascenseur très utilisé et peu disponible, pas idéal en cas de problème de mobilité

Chambre trop petite (standard). Difficile d'entrer dans la douche, trop proche du lavabo et je suis mince !
Très bien situé en Centre-ville ! Hôtel calme !
Le premier jour, le buffet du petit déjeuner était quasi vide et même après 30 min d'attente toujours beaucoup de choses manquaient mais probablement un problème de personnel car les 2 jours suivants étaient très bien ! Chambre mal agancée également.

la colazione era assolutamente insufficiente….finiva tutto immediatamente e bisognava attendere molto per avere pane o croissant.Riprenoterei l’hotel senza colazione

Besoin de "rafraîchir" la chambre: des marques sur les murs, pommeau de douche qui fuit et porte qui peine à fermer.
Le rapport qualité prix est ni bon ni mauvais
Nous souhaitons par ce commentaire saluer le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de l'équipe de réception et particulièrement sa responsable.
Suite à un dysfonctionnement des systèmes de réservations (Booking & Happy Culture), nous étions sans solution d'hébergement puisque attendu pour le lendemain.
Cette situation très embarrassante a pu être réglée en toute sérenitè et efficacité (très bonne solution de remplacement) grâce à l'engagement et au sens du service des personnes en charge de la reception.
Cet incident qui était facheux , s'est transformé en un très bon souvenir de notre séjour (de 2 jours) à l'hotel Konti !
