Nice, clean hotel. Pool is outside. Breakfast was good.
Had to park in the parking garage and walk a little it to get to the hotel, which was hard with an elderly lady and a child plus carrying/pulling luggage
The hotel was perfectly located for our overnight stay in Little Rock. The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check in. The pool was just what we needed after a long drive and pool towels were provided. The room was spacious and comfortable. Thanks for having us.

Breakfast was decent, the pool view was ok
What I didn’t like is that I paid a deposit and traveled just to stay at this hotel cause it had a bar downstairs, but didn’t know they were doing the construction work to build the bar another thing is when you check in I feel they should explain everything far as parking I got asked if I wanted a parking pass that I didn’t use and didn’t know I was getting charged for it till I checked out in look at my account
Location was great. We arrived late, and we were able to take a nice walk after dinner (there are many restaurant options near there), toward the bridge.
We made a reservation for 5, but there were no sofas, nor the bed size allowed to accommodate 3 people, and we only had 2 beds. The receptionist was kind enough to facilitate extra sheets after our request. In the picture (web page reservation) of the room it had a sofa on it, so I assumed there was one.
They are going over renovations of the lobby so it looks horrible and you can smell the new paint from the room. I had a headache that day.
For the breakfast you have to take the food and go around it carrying your plate to eat near the pool.
De kamer was pas gerenoveerd en netjes.
De lobby was een grote bouwput, de renovatie was nog niet klaar. De ontbijt ruimte was verplicht buiten bij het zwembad omdat binnen nog niet klaar was.
They keep rejecting my review so let me say it as nicely as possible. RUN. RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!! These are the rudest people. The lobby is being remodeled so that means no where to sit to eat breakfast-hafta stand up, no lobby bathrooms if someone is using yalls and you gotta go? Too bad! I mean the employees have one but that's the only one and no the guests can't use it was I crazy?!?! The manager is super....super aggressive that is.He was leaning into my face, talking all loudly, pointing his finger at me saying I was rude to his host and all this nonsense all over bathrooms.. Never, ever, ever will I stay here again. I would give zero stars if I could.
Staff was nice, rooms clean
AC only ran at 69 which made it freezing but if you upped the temp to 70 it would turn the heater on. You had to have key access for the elevator which I appreciate but for DoorDash I had to go downstairs. The place was under construction and we were not told prior, so I wasn’t able to get breakfast or coffee. Last day realized it was on the second floor but wasn’t told that. We had to pay to park there $15/day.
Location
They’re doing a remodel so parts of the building you can’t use and had I known this prior I would not booked. Also the property offered continental breakfast but there was little to no options. Last time I stayed directly across the street at homewood suites for about the same price you’re much more comfortable
There was no breakfast only coffee and muffins
the party happening in the room next to mine, kicking my door all night and kicking the walls all night horrible, fighting in the hall in front of my room we were afraid to leave and afraid to stay.
