Pros:

Truth the swimming pool out of service for 3 days when I was there and the breakfast is ok not what you call supreme breakfast, but I love the location and bedroom is great .

Spa can do with a make over .

De kamer werd elke dag proper gemaakt. Vriendelijke personeel en ze staan klaar om je te helpen.

Cons:

We waren met 4 personen en er was maar 2 grote handdoeken en 2 kleine handdoeken.
We moesten voorschot betalen voor het geval als we iets van mini bar namen.

Hotel muito confortável e bem localizado. Além disso o quarto era sensacional, é um hotel com uma estética bem diferente dos modernos, muito bonito! Não pagamos pelo café da manhã, então não posso opinar. Único ponto é que temos que deixar um depósito como caução, que é devolvido no final da estadia, mas deu tudo certo!

Legendale Hotel Beijing exceeded all my expectations and became one of the highlights of my trip to China.

The hotel itself is magnificent: elegant, luxurious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. My room was spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet after busy days exploring Beijing.

What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the people.

I would especially like to thank Jason from the concierge team. He was incredibly professional, attentive, caring, and always ready to help. Every recommendation and every arrangement was handled perfectly.

A special thank you also to Eddy, whose kindness, warmth, and genuine care made me feel welcome from the very first moment.

The airport meet-and-greet service was simply extraordinary. In all my travels around the world, I have never experienced such a level of service. I was welcomed almost directly at the aircraft and accompanied through every airport formality. After a long international flight, this attention and care were absolutely priceless. It was truly a first-class experience and an unforgettable arrival in China.

I would also like to mention Oksana, whose massage was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism and skill provided a perfect moment of relaxation during my stay.

Every member of the team contributed to making this visit special. The service was not only efficient and professional but also genuinely warm and heartfelt.

I highly recommend Legendale Hotel Beijing and will be delighted to return on my next visit to Beijing.
