È un hotel vecchio stile. In genere io preferisco gli hotel più moderni. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio come colazione, per noi italiani.un po' di nutella magari...

Perfect introduction to Beijing
Pros:

The property was beautiful and the location was amazing. So central and everything is walkable. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary with our children and the staff made it extra special.

Ничего не надо делать, оставайтесь такими же и дальше.
Pros:

Были год назад, вернулись и задержались на пару дней. Просто побыть в городе и сходить в расположенный прямо сзади отеля ресторан пекинская утка.

Cons:

Очень мягкие ковровые покрытия на этажах: трудно катить чемоданы.

Восхитительное проживание
Pros:

Год назад останавливалась и так впечатлилась, что снова выбор пал на этот отель. Другой даже не рассматривала. Все отлично: завтрак вкусный (я предпочитаю китайский), магазины рядом, гиду забирать нас было удобно, номер и кровать волшебные, персонал отзывчивый и вежливый! Высшая оценка второй год подряд! Только не забывайте, в отеле нужен депозит.

Séjour à Pékin en famille
Pros:

L'effet "waouh" en entrant dans l'hôtel: le hall est tout simplement majestueux
Chaque jour des bouteilles d'eau, du café, du thé, du sucre ... sont remis dans la chambre
Les produits de toilette sont de très bonne qualité et réapprovisionné quotidiennement: gel douche, shampoing, après shampoing, lait pour le corps, brosse à dents ...
Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il ne manque qu'un peu de Nutella ( à la place il y a du chocolat)
Le personnel est toujours disponible
La grande piscine permet même de faire des longueurs
Le jacuzzi et l'espace détente sont très agréable
La salle de sport est un vrai plus

Cons:

Il n'y a ni éponge ni liquide vaisselle dans la chambre en revanche le personnel fait la vaisselle lors du ménage
La vaisselle est insuffisante une fourchette un couteau et 1 cuillère pour 4 personnes
Il n'y a pas de laverie en libre service, il faut aller dans l'hôtel voisin pour utiliser une machine, sinon le service de blanchisserie de l'hôtel est facturé à la pièce et revient très cher
Après la piscine ou la salle de sport, il n'est pas possible de rejoindre directement la chambre, les ascenseurs situés à proximité ne sont pas accessible aux clients, il faut redescendre au rez-de-chaussée, traverser le hall en peignoir puis reprendre un ascenseur
Il y a de nombreuses tâches sur les moquettes
Les télévisions mériteraient d'être remplacées, car elles commencent à dater
