The view of the cathedral from the privilege room balcony was beautiful with a table and chairs and two deck chairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large.
The carpet, sofa and chairs were worn. The bathroom was very small. As you walk into the room it had a large walk in shower on the left and bath on the right, but just a basin’s width between them, no other space. The toilet was separate in its own room but no basin in there.
Helpful staff and wonderful location!
Location was great.
The staff are nice but the reception was not welcoming. There is a training issue here. No cheery bonjour - smiles - just very functional. We did not feel welcome or special. I’m sure it can be sorted by the management…

Location and the hotel itself
Ontbijt was niet wat wij gewend zijn van een 4-sterren hotel. Voor vegetariers weinig variatie. Fruit was wel voldoende aanwezig maar brood keuze beperkt.
Badkamer is klein maar functioneel en letterlijk naast je bed.
Locatie is perfect je kunt alle toeristische plekken lopend afleggen
Faciliteiten vielen tegen; geen bar, geen gym en restaurant had ook een beperkte keuze voor vegetariers.

Le hace falta una remodelación para mantenerse en un 4 estrellas. El desayuno es muy variado pero la calidad del producto, no tanto.
