Pool was closed. Shower head didn’t work well
Parking location room was okay for the price.
Carpet smell in hallways, ol bathroom pillows uncomfortable and towels are no good. Just bed upgrade
Pricing and staff
The bed and room. Dirty. The room attendant knock around 850am just to ask if we will stay longer. We are still sleeping coming from Tennessee 9 hrs drive the wake up from that

I didn’t like that the photos that’s posted is not legit. The rooms did not match the actual pictures. The double beds one was lowered to the floor and the other one was high. The paint on the walls were pilled off as if stuff had been moved around and scrapped up the walls. The carpet was dirty soon as you walk into the hotel. This should have been a Motel instead. The staff was rude and stated that they were short on house keeping. The sheets were dirty as well as the bathroom. We were told that they were under renovations. Wasn’t in the hotel 5 minutes. It’s unsafe to stay for a family or kids.
The front desk staff were kind and attempted to answer concerns.
Our family had rented two rooms, neither were acceptable due to utter filth and non functioning or dangerous essentials. One room had poor to no lighting, garbage, etc. The other had a microwave that sparked heavily when on and questionable sheets. I requested a refund and was told only alternative rooms could be offered. The alternative room may have actually been the worst in terms of cleanliness. Specifically, the sheets had obviously not been changed and likely frequented by many...and there were visible hand prints over the headboards.
Moldy room, sink and shower drain clogged, everything in room felt damp.
The water for the showers got good and hot. Staff was nice upon check in. Quick and convenient to shops and food.
The hot tub was broke, the carpets were nasty and needed to be cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was sucken in, the rooms over all was not clean. Breakfast was horrible and very slim. Would not recommend and would not stay there again

Good location, cute little breakfast, decent rooms and for a cheap price. The sheets/bed felt and looked clean enough and I thought it was pretty comfy, they also have nice TVs for the rooms. Comes with a fridge and a microwave.
For how cheap it was it was honestly okay ish to look past.. but the bathroom was kinda gross, mold was building up on the shower curtain, outdated shower/tub, and the toilet was coming off the floor/wall and was super wonky. There was also a weird smell in the room with not the cleanest furniture.
