Tolle Lage, schöne Zimme, sehr sauber. Personal teilweise sehr selbstbewusst.

Lage, Aussicht und Zimmer sehr gut.

Cons:

Briefmarken für Postkarten sollten wir uns selbst im Ort (17 Minuten ins Tal fahren) besorgen. Nachdem wir das nicht wollten, wurde uns ein Aufpreis der Briefmarken von 45. % angeboten. Auf der Rechnung habe ich jetzt gar nichts gefunden. Bin gespannt ob die Karten ankommen. Handtücher für unsere Liegen in der Premiumsuite mussten wir im Spa selbst organisieren . Die Dame, welche uns zu unserem Zimmer brachte, wollte das nicht erledigen. In dieser Klasse müssen Polster und Handtücher für die Liegen in der Suite sein. Die Nacht kostet ja Euro 1.000;—. Am Anreisetag wurde uns erstmal mitgeteilt, dass ein Platz im Restaurant schwierig werden könnte. Es hat dann aber doch geklappt! Das Restaurant war aber gar nicht voll.

Excellent!
Pros:

Wonderful location with great views across the lake. Room very well-equipped, very clean and comfortable with lots of nice little touches and details. Plenty of parking, excellent breakfast and restaurant facilities, great staff (attentive without being pushy), pools and sauna are great and the salt pool is worth the extra payment. Our second stash and we are already thinking about a third!

couldnt have been better in anyway
Pros:

From the pick up at the airport we had an amazing driver and car.
Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a very welcoming team and showed our room which had great views of the lake and mountains.
Pool, spa, gym were top notch.
Best part was the restaurant in terms of food, views to die for and Andrea who served for for the duration of our stay (we always asked to be in his section). In our short stay he made every meal enjoyable and was extremely professional and friendly. My wife and I also commented that its people like him that make you want to go back to a restaurant. I cant think of anything that could have made or stay better.

Un incantevole rifugio dal caos, una pausa rigenerante.
Pros:

Tutto in generale.

Cons:

La cena, non a livello del resto, dalla tagliata alla millefoglie, fatta eccezione per qualche primo e il prosciutto. Servizio lento: un’ora tra il secondo piatto e il dolce.
