Location, facilities, landscape and food are fantastic
Some minor flaws in the service, that at times was slightly sloppy for the evident inexperience of some of the staff. But nothing to ruin the great experience

Un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile.
Io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Le suite sono bellissime, ampie, curate e pulite. La zona SPA e le piscine sono stupende e permettono di trascorrere ore di totale relax. Anche i massaggi e i vari trattamenti sono stati molto piacevoli, rigeneranti per mente e corpo.
La vista dall’alto sul lago e sui monti, che si può ammirare da diversi punti del resort, è semplicemente unica e indimenticabile. Ottima anche la colazione, così come i due ristoranti, che offrono piatti gustosi e ben preparati.
Un ringraziamento particolare va a tutto lo staff: professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile. In Italia è sicuramente uno dei posti che consiglio di visitare almeno una volta nella vita. Un soggiorno davvero speciale.
