We were able to check in before the assigned time and the person checking us in was very nice!

The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly!
Pros:

We liked the location on the pigeon forge strip. We liked being on the first floor and not having to carry luggage up. We liked their patio that had rocking chairs to sit and watch traffic go by.

Pros:

We liked that in was right on the parkway. We showed up late at night/ early early morning, staff was absolutely amazing and very kind with us showing up at a bad time. Answered the phone when we had to call for the door key. We had a really great room, and great parking. The only complaint was hair in the shower ( which we understand it was hard to see).

It was okay. Not the best
Pros:

It was in the middle of everywhere we liked to go.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t open when we went and the kids were upset about that. It also didn’t tell us on the website that it was closed .

Absolutely love this place
Pros:

You can’t beat the price, they are clean, the beds are so comfortable. We can walk to anything. My mom uses a scooter and we can drive it right into the room. Then leave and go right to the parkway and downtown Gatlinburg. Love seeing the bears!!!!

Cons:

Not enough places to put your clothes. And only certain rooms that dogs are allowed in. I DONT LIKE TO STAY AROUND A POOL.

All around, every was good. Had the corner room overlooking the parkway, for the price it was a great place to stay and will be returning .
