Very unexpected
Pros:

The location was very lovely and environment calming

Cons:

I did not enjoy that I reserved a room with a format that I had seen photos of, but then got switched to a different hotel across the street with a completely different room that I did not even get to view first. Staff offered me a $20 dollar discount and I had no choice but to take the room since it was very late in the day and me and my partner were exhausted from traveling. The hotel itself smelled like pool cleaning products from the hallway till our room. The room accommodated to us was a handicapped layout and some of the features were uncomfortable, such as a very low leveled bed.

3-10 is my rating. I don’t think I will book this hotel again.
Pros:

Front desk and cafe safe was nice and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms had a musty smell, the microwave was dirty, breakfast wasn’t included after I picked the room with breakfast added, tv’s didn’t work in my mom and sister’s rooms they had to be moved.

When checking in a Monica was wonderful and friendly.

Cons:

It was old. Wallpaper in the room was peeling and lifting, there were stains on the wall and carpet. Both the shower and sink drain were slow and water would just sit.

Great place to stay while in town for a sports tournament
Pros:

Great location near the freeway and lots of restaurants and retails nearby. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Monica made a fantastic first impression when we checked in. She was so welcoming.

I would stay here again, a nice location and close to the Highlands
Pros:

The property was extremely clean in the lobby and within my hotel room. The towels in the bathroom were of a different fabric and felt extremely soft. The room had to clean beds and was very spacious for the price. I had a refrigerator and a coffee maker as well as normal rooms do. The hallway were extremely peaceful and clear as well.

Cons:

Wish there was a microwave within the room so I could warm up food
