‏I have never experienced such poor service and theft in a hotel before. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

ولاشي اعجبني ابدا تعرضت لسرقة شوز غالي اثناء عدم تواجدي من قبل عمال النظافه ولما لجات للارسبشن قالو مالقينا ولانقدر نسوي لك شي وتكلمو بعدم احترام معاي خااصة الموظف الهندي سهيل وكل موظفين الرسبشن وحتى مدبرهم وسيم رفض يقابلني قمة عدم احترام للنزلاء اقسم بالله ولااوتيل بالعالم تعامل معاي بهذا السوء وقلة الاحترام حتى الاعتذار مااعتذرو .. ولاافكر ارجع له نهائيا نكدو علي سفرتي

When I reported the issue to the reception, they simply said the item was not found and that they would not take any action. They showed no concern or response regarding the theft at all.

‏I have never experienced such poor service and theft in a hotel before. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again.
