Pros:

A truly lovely stay in Siem Reap.

Wonderful location, tucked neatly in the middle of everything while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The rooms are comfortable, clean and charming. I would definitely recommend getting a room on the second floor for the beautiful pond views.

The breakfast was ala carte, and honestly, everything we tried from the menu was delicious.

A special mention has to go to the three resident kitties, Oscar (white), Shira (black/ginger) and Charlie (little grey kitty). They happily roam around the hotel greeting guests and added so much character and warmth to our stay.

The staff were also wonderful. Everyone was incredibly polite, warm, professional and genuinely hospitable. They always seemed happy to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.

The rooms may feel a little dated, and there are no televisions, but I actually enjoyed that. It made the stay feel more peaceful and gave us a chance to properly switch off and enjoy the surroundings.

A beautiful little hotel with a lot of heart. Would happily stay here again.

Soggiorno fantastico. Mi sogno ancora la gentilezza e l’accoglienza dello staff.
Pros:

Struttura eccezionale. Posizione top al centro della città, comodissimo, ma silenziosissimo ( sembrava di essere in mezzo alla giungla)
Ambiente molto familiare, con personale di una gentilezza quasi imbarazzante. Staff sempre attentissimo al cliente.
Piscina interna piacevolissima ( soprattutto il pomeriggio dopo la fatica delle escursioni)
Centro massaggi buono.
Colazione alla carta. Velocissimi nel servizio, ma un po’ ripetitivo.

Cons:

Il ristorante ha location fantastica… ma cucina non eccezionale.

A luxury oasis in the heart of the city
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Angkor Village Hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, and staff were helpful in organising our Angkor Wat tour. When we returned to collect bags on our last day, even though it was past check out time, they offered a room for us for shower and freshen up in. The location, pool and breakfast were great too.

Without a doubt, one of our favourite hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was wonderful, the beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, fantastic location and, above all, the exceptional service.

The hotel feels like a tropical oasis in the middle of Siem Reap, surrounded by lush greenery and incredibly peaceful, yet only 5–10 minutes from the lively centre.

The entire front desk team were amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful with recommendations, transport and anything else we needed. A particularly thoughtful touch was organising a takeaway picnic breakfast for our early sunrise visit to Angkor Wat, while carefully accommodating all of our family’s dietary requirements.

The hotel also arranged Kim Sour as our driver for Banteay Srei and Phnom Bakheng. He was fantastic — kind, patient and knowledgeable, and made our day even more memorable.

We also loved the spa, with a special thank you to Sopha and Yaty for their wonderful massages.

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! A beautiful hotel made truly special by the wonderful people who work there. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

Tolles Hotel in Siem Real zu einem sehr fairen Preis und einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre!
Pros:

Rundherum ein super Hotel mit sehr besonderer Atmosphäre. Eine Oase & Dschungel mitten in der Stadt. Toller sehr zuvorkommender Service, schönes Restaurant und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Man ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt. Netter kleiner Fitnessraum!

アプサラダンスの劇場も併設されていますし、パブストリートやオールドマーケットなども徒歩圏内です。
