Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was excellent

Cons:

The hotel room price was different every night I stayed there and very high- much higher than normal! Probably because Toronto was sold out!

Cons:

Les bruits la nuit je n ai pas pu bien dormir. Un bruit toute la nuit comme si quelqu'un tapait un mur ou je ne sais pas. Les voisins en haut ou peut-être à côté parlaient fort. Les chambres ne sont insonorisées on attend les gens rire parler dans la nuit.
Vraiment pas aimé j aime les endroits calme la nuit.

Conveniently situated for the purpose of our stay. Really good breakfast and service
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast with good service. Close to Canada's Wonderland and Mall for our visiting family. Liked the kettle supplied as I am a tea drinker.

Cons:

Of our 2 "identical" rooms one was noticibly smaller with less clothing storage. Only 2 plastic water glasses supplied, asked for more that never turned up
