Pros:

Extremely friendly staff. Incredibly clean and bright reception room bathroom. Delicious brunch with kids eat free. Beautiful room with comfy bed and pillows.

Cons:

No EV chargers. Small missing maintenance checks. Ie shower once turned off took at least 4 min for water to stop trickling. And bathroom door hard to open and close.

The swimming pool was awesome and the location was very Pretty I loved the lobby of the hotel I also liked the rooms and the breakfast place and the staff were very helpful

Pros:

J'ai aimé que l'hôtel soit proche de tout les commodités et de canada wonderland. C'était propre et moderne. Le déjeuner buffet était excellent. Le personnel était courtois malgré qu'il ne parlait pas du tout le français. Dans l'ensemble c'était une excellente hôtel.

Cons:

J'ai moins apprécié le repas du souper, c'était dispendieux pour la qualité médiocre des aliments. La piscine était petite et peu accueillante. Le jacuzzi était très ordinaire aussi. J'aurais aimé que le personnel parle un peu le français, au moins la base, mais malgré tout j'ai bien réussi à me faire comprendre. Dans la chambre c'était un peu humide malgré l'air climatisé. J'aurais aimé que la couette soit plus épaisse car elle était très mince. Heureusement nous avions des couvertures douce que j'ai pu ajouter dans les lits.
