Deveriam ter mais atenção a limpeza e arrumação.
Pros:

A estrutura é boa do quarto e do hotel. Novo e organizado. Pessoas relativamente educadas.

Cons:

Fiquei 4 dias e por dois dias meu quarto nao foi nem limpo e nem arrumado, mesmo eu tendo feito uma reclamação no primeiro dia. Não limparam o banheiro, nao trocaram as toalhas.

I expected more for what I paid.
Pros:

This place is really fancy in high tech. Rooms are big beds. Comfy facilities are for the most part nice.
I really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The steam room was of added bonus

Cons:

The value for the money I feel like I didn't get my value for what I paid for this to start off with. I'm paying premium downtown seattle prices for a unit that
1. Had robes and slippers that didn't fit my size
2. Water dispenser, outside my room in hallway was straight up broken in the morning.
3. The and door pool railing is not secure at one end and is extreme safety hazard.

Pros:

I love the location and the spa was amazing. I had the best Massage of my life with Jen. I just felt like the prices were really high and I had a terrible view, but the bed was super comfortable and food was wonderful.

Cons:

I use the hot tub twice and there were always children in it and I feel like a hot tub is a nice space to relax and unwind and I don’t feel like you should be able to go in the hot tub if you’re under 18 years old it’s not relaxing to the people who are trying to relax there

Pros:

The associates at the Olive 9 were great. It was our first trip to Seattle so we had several questions about getting around town. Gabriel, in particular, was helpful several times showing us how to get around.
