Gabriel was amazing!
Pros:

Scott the valet was excellent when we first arrived.

Gabriel, the concierge, went above and beyond several times. Super helpful. Very kind. Ran out to chase down a door dash person who could not understand where we were located.

Cons:

A fridge but no microwave.

Our family enjoyed the visit for the weekend
Pros:

I liked the convenient location of the property. Additionally I thought that the steam and dry sauna's were interesting and something you don't see often. I appreciated the water pressure and the buildings forward appearance in being echo freindly

Cons:

It wasn't that I didn't like it, but if there was one critique is that I wished the elevators did not need a keycard to operate. With hands full of luggage it was cumbersome to find the card, scan it, and then select the floor you were interested

Pros:

This Hyatt property has nice rooms and facilities. It's in a good location, next to the Convention Center and walking distance to Pike Place. Every one of the staff I have encountered in both my stays here have been exceptional.

Finally, an ideal hotel
Pros:

I liked each and every aspect of staying in this hotel:
- location is great
- facility is new, rooms are comfortable
- rooms are trully sound-proofs and other guests behaved well
- there was an early bird eating option on site with normal, not absurd prices

Nice property, but clearer communication about guest benefits is needed.
Pros:

Clean rooms, good location, and friendly staff. The hotel itself was comfortable and the stay overall was pleasant.

Cons:

The communication regarding the Food & Beverage credit was unclear. I specifically asked both the front desk and restaurant staff and was told it would be automatically applied. The benefit card also did not mention any exclusion for breakfast on checkout day, which created confusion and disappointment.
