Pros:

Hôtel très propre, le personnel est très attentif, respectueux et est aux petits soins pour vous.
La chambre a une grande terrasse vraiment très appréciable. Tout est mis en place pour que vous soyez bien avec de nombreux équipements.

Wonderful stay with lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel was in a cute boutique building. Nicely furnished and very clean.
The staff were the best! Alessandro was so kind and lovely, he made our stay. It was also central to everything so we walked around the middle of Florence.

Da limpeza. A prestatividade dos funcionários em melhorar o colchão. Os itens gratuitos da acomodação e geladeira. O café da manhã maravilhoso.

Da banheira. Dificuldade para entrar sem o suporte para segurar. O vidro móvel é perigoso de se machucar, principalmente para o nosso caso de 70+. Também o colchão bem usado, afundando o corpo.

Hotel staff was super friendly and excellent!
The room was clean and spacious.
Hotel is very close to the main monuments yet just outside the ZTL zone to allow outside parking (they have valet service which was super convenient).
Overall, great place. I'll stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel at a little more than 10 minutes walking from the railway station, about 15' from Piazza della Signoria. Spotless clean, very nice and friendly staff. Good choices for breakfast.

Charming, great service and lovely accommodations.
Pros:

It is a charming boutique hotel. Very comfortable and quiet but a short walk to everything. The afternoon tea is a great touch. I’ve been coming to Hotel Rapallo for 13 years. It’s the only place I would stay in Florence.
