The swimming pool was not easy to reach and the malls not very close to the hotel and it will be great if they use their own toktok every 30:00 minutes instead of every one hour.

Pros:

I would give a 8 star if there’s one. Splendid stay and excellent hospitality. The area is safe, quiet and convenient. The room is very clean and well maintained. Room services are a touch of a button away on the hotel’s app. I will definitely be back to stay again. Shout out to all the staff - Manager Mr LOH, and Benz. Well done VIE!

Exceptional Service and Wonderful Experienc
Pros:

Excellent hotel! We were very happy with everything. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. The service was outstanding—they upgraded our room free of charge and also allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Everything exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Cookie and 2P for their excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
