Modern boutique feel in comfort and practical holidaying.
Pros:

It was clean, modern with a comfortable feel, maintained well on a daily basis. Matt and the team made my stay a breeze answering and dealing with any questions and requests i had.

Had a great stay with a comfortable room, good location, and very helpful hotel staff.
Pros:

All are good. The room and bed all nice and comfortable. Easy to access all amenities. The hotel kindly extended my checkout time by one hour and also kept my luggage safely in the office until 3:15 pm, which I really appreciated.

Elegant, friendly, warm, Thai restaurant on ground floor is amazing. I will be returning
Pros:

Clean, tidy, warm and cosy vibe for our room with the lobby giving off cozy yet classy vibes. Prices are perfect.

Cons:

It deserves more praise than it receives. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They have some repairs to do in order to house more stayers but I hope in time they’ll achieve this. I will be staying here again in the future to help support them.

Give this place a miss!
Pros:

Convenient location, that's all.

Cons:

Service was non existent. There are no staff after 7pm, therefore requesting something as simple as some towels won't happen. I called the front desk after 7pm and was transferred to a head office interstate. They said they could only help after 7am the next day as there are no staff on site. That, and the lack of lighting within the room. The location is in the CBD but that's the only thing. Give this place a miss!
