The beds are comfortable but the bathrooms need to be updated.
Pros:

The location is great if your visiting the college

Cons:

The bathroom had a mildew smell and the drywall and baseboards had water damage.

Pretty room, nice pool, okay breakfast, and kitchen is for show only.
Pros:

Beds nice, comfortable and attractive. The suite was very spacious. Pool area was nice and maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but waffle station was "out of order" due to no batter. Kitchen is only for photos. We selected the suite with a full kitchen, but there were zero items, dishes, pans or anything to prepare any food with.

There was a gas like smell in the room.
Turned the fridge of and the air con. Had to keep the bathroom window open all night. It was a shame because the room itself was nice. The air con unit did look old.

Que hay una gasolinera al lado para comprar agua.

Cons:

Es un motel viejo y sucio de carretera. La habitación no se parecía en nada a la que publicitan en las fotos. Pequeña, oscura (una claraboya alta) y con muebles viejos. Lavabo oscuro dentro de la habitación y bañera con cortina que da miedo. Habitación en planta de arriba sin ascensor, no accesible para nadie que lleve una mínima maleta pesada (menos para alguien con problema de movilidad). El personal no es amable ni esta preparado. Me obligaron a dar el número de tarjeta y se negaron a darme una factura. Su solución a todo pasa por decirme que Booking es una web que pone a veces fotos que no son y que mejor la próxima vez reserve directamente en su web.. Definitivamente no recomendable.

Old and tired
Pros:

The pool was very clean and inviting.

Cons:

The rooms's furniture was very dated. The bathroom was very small and the vanity wood was very chipped which made it feel dirty. While the room was clean, it just felt old and dark. The breakfast area was also old and felt tired.

Good budget option motel
Pros:

Good location close to a number of restaurants. Breakfast was included. Basic continental style with a couple of cooked options. Located inland close to major highways and San Luis Obispo. Free parking. Decent sized rooms with good facilities.

Cons:

No complaints.
