one of the bedside lights seemed to be broken, and it seemed like the jets in the spa were not working at all the night we were there . It was kind of a bummer because we had visited Morro bay that day that we checked in and did a lot of walking. We used the spa but it could have been better. jets weren't working right and it wasn't hot enough

El cuarto que me dieron (119) está al lado de las personas que hacen la limpieza así que fue muy ruidoso, la máquina de hielo está frente a la ventana las personas a cualquier hora pasan a tomar hielo no importa de día o de noche yo creo que ese cuarto no deben de rentarlo, la cama muy mala, no se descansa.

The t v did not work. And when I called downstairs and spoke with the gentleman, he did not know how to fix the problem. We can hear the t v but could not see it.

Needs little touch up

The parking is HORRIBLE! Whether you have a big car or a small car, the parking spaces between each car is very VERY TIGHT! Which was very irritating.

Whoever took pictures of the property definitely added some razzle dazzle to the edits because in person it doesn’t look like what was portrayed. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected. The furniture and doors were scraped and scratched up all over. The bathroom and sink cleanliness was “ok” at best. The bottom of the bathtub was dirty, and the mirror was dirty, dusty, spiderwebs and ants here and there. The mini fridge main storage area shelves were dirty so I used the side door area to store my stuff. The bed was cool, but was old and made occasional noise when getting comfortable moving around etc. Whoever “cleaned” the room must shed hair pretty bad, so it was just hair and bits of dirt debris all on the floor so I kept my slippers on the entire time. And lastly my tv did not work. And when I say it didn’t work… I mean I could hear what was playing but couldn’t see it, tried to adjust the cord myself but the cord itself was the incorrect size for that port. I told the front desk, was told they would fix it and nothing happened during my entire stay so luckily I had my tablet, and the staff was just loud. I mean slamming of the utility room doors, when cleaning checked out guests rooms slamming those doors and heavy moving around of cleaning carts etc but the rooms walls are semi thin so It was expected moving forward. All in all would I satay here again, probably not. So suggesting this place is slim to none. Cheap option if you’re tight on money or just need somewhere quick to stay. But out of 10 I’d give it a 4.3

Wasn’t a fan of the room layout.. especially the bathroom. It was an awkward tight-squeeze layout and hard to be in there with a toddler that still requires assistance. Multiple tiles near the kitchen area dipped. The couches arm rests were visibly dirty. We had an early check-in & the only room available didn’t have working TV’s, which we were informed prior, but it’s something that should get fixed for the next guest.

Mattress is uncomfortable
Room is overall poor looking. Nothing was provided to use the kitchen in the suite, making it useless. Lamp next to beds was broken.
Breakfast in the morning was delayed almost 2 hours.
Location is fine but there are options closer to the downtown area.

We had plumbing issue but solved by moving rooms, TV not working and Saturday night there were guests using the pool but drinking and using drugs - very load!

This was our last time stay here. There were other guest that were in parking lot drinking and smoking til late hours. Wearing almost no clothes.
