I only stayed one night, as a pit stop on my way to Los Angeles and the price for that night was the higher I paid in the whole trip on the US west coast, including when comparing with hotels in San Francisco and LA

It was a horrendous experience.

Staff was rude at first- pillows smelled old and disgusting- sheets were nasty microfiber and blanket was cheap, decor was worthy of a porn movie. My room right next to maid station and ice machine. Heard all the maids carts coming back to station. Heard everyone get their ice and then in middle of night, TWICE, the ice machine reloaded itself. Could not wait to leave.

I like that the location was good, I liked the small frig and microwave in room

Cons:

The cleaning personnel were too loud next door and kept coming to our room even when we had the sign to not disturb, the bathroom was too small and when vacationing bathroom should be number one, small shower and toilet too small too

The desk receptionist who checked me in was very kind and helpful.
Pros:

The room exceeded my expectations. Very roomy.

Cons:

I wish I could have stayed longer. We arrived in the evening and had to check out early in the morning.

Pretty room, nice pool, okay breakfast, and kitchen is for show only.
Pros:

Beds nice, comfortable and attractive. The suite was very spacious. Pool area was nice and maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but waffle station was "out of order" due to no batter. Kitchen is only for photos. We selected the suite with a full kitchen, but there were zero items, dishes, pans or anything to prepare any food with.

The beds are comfortable but the bathrooms need to be updated.

There was a gas like smell in the room.
Turned the fridge of and the air con. Had to keep the bathroom window open all night. It was a shame because the room itself was nice. The air con unit did look old.
