L’emplacement, architecture, petit-déjeuner, amabilité du personnel
Grandes chambres mais salles de bain étroites, petites douches vieillottes et mal entretenues et climatisation pas très performante.
Accès à la pièce d’eau du spa (très jolie photo sur le site) sur rendez-vous et payante ( 50€ pour demie heure et par personne)
Lack of bedside lamps
Service and Welcome was exceptional. Was a spontaneous last minite decision to go to Matera and the hotel topped our stay. All staff super attentive right from the car park pick up, reception and bar service on the beautiful terrace with a view. Could recommend this place high enough, amazing toiletries in bathroom.

Le petit-déjeuner est d'excellente qualité, il est juste un peu surprenant de ne pas pouvoir se servir seul de l’eau minérale et donc d’attandre pour se faire servir
The whole place was beautiful! Very well done, with a lot of the original palazzo building there, plus some additional modern extras such as lifts! The food was excellent, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Location is superb, opposite the cathedral, highest spot in Matera, cool roof top bar for drinks and super tasting menu
1 night stay meant it was out of the question to see the Spa!!

The location is absolutely perfect and the decor is beautiful. Our rooms were gorgeous with high ceilings and stunning views of the Sassi. Highly recommend to experience a massage in their gorgeous spa. And a must visit on the rooftop for the sunset and an apertivo. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a delicious feast.
Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement de la ville à pied. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et offrant un confort et vue exceptionnel. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe : le service est irréprochable, avec un personnel d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, attentif et prêt à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.
