Absolutnie doskonała obsługa, czystość, serwis i restauracja. Pobyt to naprawdę duże doświadczenie, które warto przeżyć. Najlepszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem. Ten hotel absolutnie nie ma żadnych słabych stron. Jest wybitny.

Probably the best place to visit Matera
Pros:

location, quality of hotel, friendliness of staff, views from hotel, quality of dinner, welcome at arrival (transfer from parking, timeliness)

Cons:

Can't understand why breakfast, lunch and dinner are not being served on the georgious terrace. We needed to crowd in a beautiful but very "closed" cave while weather and views from the terrace is amazing.

Pros:

We had high expectations for Palazzo Gattini - and I'm pleased to say that it completely exceeded them. This is a special place with beautiful rooms, a terrace with great views over Matera and a lovely spa. But what really set the hotel apart for us was the staff who made us feel so welcome and cared for. We were greeted warmly by Carmen on reception who was helpful throughout our stay, and enjoyed a nightly sunset drink where we received impeccable service (and delicious Negronis!) from Alessia and Dino.

Melhor hotel e ainda está localizado em um ponto excelente para ver o pôr do sol e o nascer do sol.

If you are visiting Matera, I highly recommend staying at Palazzo Gattini.
Pros:

Elegant hotel in a beautiful historic palace. Every member of the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, a big thank you to one and all. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop terrace at sunset.

Сервис 10/10! Я не замечала, когда приходили убирать у меня в номере, но каждый раз по возвращении было идеально чисто, кровать заправлены, на ночь ставни закрыты, бутылочка воды и стакан при кровати, а мешочек с лавандой перед сном-это нечто потрясающее и ооочень милое! Спа отличное, включен бокал просеко и свежие фрукты-это очень приятно! При выселении в счет включают «чаевые» для персонала гостиницы, от которых можно отказаться, я оставила, так как такого уровня сервис -это высший уровень и каждый € себя достоин!
