O staff do hotel é muito bom. Às pessoas são gentis e atenciosas. O café da manhã é muito bom (o preço poderia ser um pouco mais barato).

Os quartos poderiam ser melhores, poderia ser melhor cuidado. Os quartos poderiam ser mais cheirosos. Nosso cobertor estava em um estado muito ruim de conservação.

Quartos são bem pequenos e toalhas precisando ser renovadas. O nome do hotel sugere que é próximo ao aeroporto, entretanto depois da abertura do novo terminal, o hotel ficou distante do aeroporto.
