Non x svago ma lavoro
Pros:

Hotel in centro, molto comodo d' arrivare, parcheggio pubblico fuori hotel, colazione abbondante, l'hotel ha un buon ristorante adiacente, camera non grandissima ma pulita, frigorifero, cassaforte ecc.

Pros:

Ottimo il buffet della colazione, davvero ricco per essere un tre stelle e con un'altissima qualità delle materie prime (il miele che cola direttamente dal favo e si prende con il cucchiaio è un servizio spettacolare che non avevo mai visto in nessun hotel!). Unica pecca del buffet: il caffè potrebbe essere fatto nelle cucine e si potrebbe evitare la macchinetta che non fa un espresso proprio a regola d'arte.
Altro fattore decisamente positivo: la pulizia delle camere, anche se un po' piccole.

Cons:

Il personale potrebbe essere un po' più attento nel fornire ai clienti le informazioni necessarie: il primo giorno la ragazza alla reception ci ha detto che i biglietti dei treni della ferrovia Trento-Malè si facevano in stazione centrale, invece la biglietteria dedicata si trova vicino ai binari della linea Trento-Malè; il secondo giorno abbiamo scoperto solo alla biglietteria del Mart di Rovereto che gli hotel della zona di Trento e dintorni possono rilasciare la Trentino Guest Card che ci avrebbe fatto entrare gratuitamente nei musei e invece in hotel non ce l'hanno nemmeno proposta!

Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, clean and modern amenities. The bar/cafe and restaurant were so great, too! Ate breakfast and dinner here and both were delicious with awesome service. Also, it was an easy walk from the central train station.
