Een mindere ervaring.
Pros:

Was een redelijke ligging met goede parkeerplaatsen.

Cons:

Het was ontzettend warm en de airco deed het niet. Ben geen liefhebber van een airco maar soms is het handig. Het euvel gemeld maar ze konden niets doen. De vrouw achter de balie was niet aardig en zeker geen klantvriendelijkheid. Zonde van het verblijf.

The shower temperature fluctuated as it pleased and for long periods of time, making a normal shower take much longer.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel in guter-Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Perfekt für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, gut zu erreichen, aber auch Trient ist eine Reise wert! Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist ausgesprochen gut und auch das Frühstück war klasse.

I receptionist non salutano se non vengono salutati per primi, non si scusano per gli errori fatti e all inizio del soggiorno se non fosse stato per il Direttore, una delle dipendenti mi informava che avendo inserito io un solo ospite in una camera matrimoniale Superior, per inserire anche la mia compagna dovevo pagare un supplemento di 25 euro circa a notte per ogni notte del mio soggiorno, ma andando poi a verificare la stessa prenotazione anche inserendo su Booking due persone il prezzo restava invariato, ragion per cui il Direttore non ci faceva giustamente pagare il supplemento. A seguito di ciò ci veniva assegnata una camera tripla con LETTI SEPARATI AVENDO IO PRECISATO CHE FOSSI CON LA MIA COMPAGNA. Non è finita qui: cambiando stanza il rubinetto della stessa non funzionava riempendo il lavandino d’acqua, problema risolto la mattina successiva dal personale, ma ancora Non è finita qui: a seguito di questi episodi, già la notte precedente ci siamo accorti che dal tavolo presente nella stanza fuoriusciva aria calda e nonostante lasciassimo le finestre aperte tutto il giorno la sera a fine Aprile e con le giornate calde di inizio maggio, alla fine del soggiorno la mia compagna si è ammalata per gli sbalzi continui di temperatura. Da non ritornare più.. peccato perché la colazione è molto buona e il titolare è una persona corretta.
