Luxury hotel with excellent restaurants in the center of Portorož
Pros:

The hotel offers great accommodation with professional services. It is located in one of the best places in Portorož, from where it is close to all the interesting restaurants and businesses in the city. The hotel has an absolutely exceptional restaurant Sophia, where not only excellent food but also the service of the staff is an experience. The Fleur se Sel restaurant is also excellent and I recommend it. We cannot forget the breakfast with a wide selection of dishes for every taste. The hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool with filtered sea water surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, the operation of the pools is taken care of by a team of lifeguards. In the hotel you can indulge in wellness treatments or go to the small but quite well-equipped gym. There is a small café in the garden in front of the hotel, in the evening you can visit the hotel bar on the first floor and choose from interesting drink offers. The hotel is visited by families with children, couples and groups, the rooms are quiet and not disturbed by anything.

Köszönjük, élmény volt! Biztos hogy visszatértünk!
Hatalmas terek, minőségi anyagok a berendezésnél, nincs tömeg, a kiszolgálás első osztályú, minden gyönyörű a klasszikus elegancia modern formája. Teljesen a központban van. A kert gyönyörű. Külön köszönet a magyar gyakornokoknak nagyon jó munkát végeznek.

Cons:

Nincs ilyen, pedig én biztos megmondanám, én is a szállodaiparban dolgozom. Minden szuper volt!!

Aussicht vom Balkon war fantastisch. Guter Parkingservice. Feines Nachtessen im Freien.

Cons:

Nasszelle, insbesondere die schlechte Beleuchtung und der Badewannen/Duscheneinstieg (müsste dringend modernisiert werden).

Péče o zaparkované vozidlo

Cons:

Klimatizace nastavená centrálně, bez možnosti regulace .Doposud jsem neobdržel vratku vyrovnání přeplatku za cenu inkasovanou hotelem jako zálohu a reálnou cenou na faktuře!!! jedná se cca o300 Euro .

Skvělý hotel s výbornými službami, krásným prostředím a fantastickou snídaní
Pros:

Skvělá úroveň služeb, fantastická snídaně, prostorný pokoj a velmi pohodlná postel. Bazén, pláž i park byly perfektní. Moc se nám líbil také masterclass malování. Personál byl velmi příjemný a všichni mluvili výborně anglicky.

Cons:

U bazénu bych ocenila větší výběr jídla. Také mě překvapil dodatečný poplatek za room service, který nebyl zahrnutý v ceně.
