Good location, comfy bed and sound proofed.

Cons:

For the cost the beach was rubbish. Free sun lounges only in the cheaper section. Breakfast more like 4 star.

A magnificent historic hotel, but not quite a palace experience
Pros:

The historic part of the hotel is absolutely sublime and steeped in history. The property offers many high-quality amenities, and the breakfast is particularly impressive.

However, the so-called private beach is essentially a large strip of sand without direct access to the sea and offers far less privacy than we expected. The swimming pool is attractive, although not exceptional, and the overall atmosphere is distinctly family-oriented.

A beautiful hotel in many respects, but the experience does not quite reach true palace standards, while the price very clearly does.

Gediegen / wenn auch etwas unpersönlich

Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Es gab nur eine große Decke , eine weitere wurde aber gleich gebracht. Sonnenschirm hat leider zwei Abläufe benötigt, haben wir aber durch den netten Concierge am Folgetag rasch erhalten.

Cons:

Nur eine Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung für alle Gäste. Anstellen und warten, für jedes Glas musste man extra laufen , was das Frühstücksfeeling getrübt hat. Auswahl Frühstück - man versucht es allen recht zu machen. Aber viel zu wenig Auswahl an Käse und Schinken (der kam nass aus dem Kühlschrank, schade!). Specials müssen extra bezahlt werden. Insbesondere für ältere Gäste verständlich umständlich, bei dem Preis keinen Kaffee an den Tisch gebracht zu bekommen. Hotel spielt sich ein wegen Änderung vom Kempinski in Minor Hotels (wird KEIN Anatara). Spa war am ersten Taggesperrt und beim einchecken nicht erwähnt -obwohl wir extra nach den Öffnungszeiten gefragt hatten. Vor Ort hieß es das sei seit zwei Wochen so und die Öffnungszeiten völlig anders als beim Empfang genannt. Personal meinte lediglich, ‚hier redet keiner miteinander’. Tag 2 war das Spa geöffnet.

Pobyt w Hotelu Palace w Portorožu był wspaniałym doświadczeniem. Hotel zachwyca elegancką architekturą, pięknym położeniem nad morzem oraz wyjątkową atmosferą. Pokoje są przestronne, komfortowe i bardzo dobrze utrzymane, a z wielu z nich roztacza się przepiękny widok.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje profesjonalna i niezwykle życzliwa obsługa, która dba o każdy detal i sprawia, że goście czują się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, z dużym wyborem świeżych produktów, a hotelowe udogodnienia, w tym strefa wellness i baseny, zapewniły doskonały relaks.

To idealne miejsce zarówno na romantyczny wyjazd, jak i spokojny wypoczynek. Z przyjemnością wrócimy do Hotelu Palace i z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy go wszystkim odwiedzającym Portorož.
