Location is excellent. Staff are very helpful, pleasant and nice.

Cons:

Room size is too small.
Bed linen had not been changed. We realized the next morning that there were lipstick stains on the sheets - a clear indication that the sheets had not been changed.
Cost of food and beverages is too high. I asked for a bottle of Soda in my room and I was told it would cost me almost Rs. 900. I immediately cancelled the order.

Breakfast serving is just about ok. Not worth the amount they charge for it.

Beautiful lobby and exceptional staff!!!
Pros:

One of the most beautiful lobby of any hotel i have recently stayed in. Best location and close to everything you need as a tourist. The staff at the reception is exceptional especially Diksha and FOM Vikas Yadav. They are present to make sure every guest is met and taken care. The restaurant food is good and chef meets the guest to check for their liking and more choices if needed by the guest. I stayed thre for 4 nights and it was very comfortable. The Housekeeping staff was very amazing. i stayed in 315 and im not able to recall the name but the staff was very quick and prompt to my needs. As i had a small issue when i checked in, the HK staff quickly got into action and got it sorted.
Thanks a lot to Mr. Dipin, Tripti, Chefs in the restaurant for their great hospitality.

A dismal stay
Pros:

I stayed in three hotels in India, including three nights in this one. Booked the Royal Plaza because it is in a good location but was cheaper than most of the other hotels in the area. I think this is because it is a somewhat worn out place with small shabby bedrooms, disinterested staff and where everything - from getting on the wifi to trying to catch the attention of a waiter - is difficult. Wish I had paid a little more and stayed somewhere a little more pleasant.
