The room that we got was very small and Ac was not working properly. Even after informing 2 person. A person came after 30min and took approx 30 min to fix after that he said it will work after 10 min but it was not at all and my better half got nervous and we checked out in the same day. She refused to stay.

Only the staff for cleanliness is good and the bell boys. The staff at the restaurant is clueless and unattentive. The reception is very selective in customer service.
The breakfast standard has verging very poor although the chefs are good. Courtesy is totally lacking and no attention at details Choices
