great place to stay
Pros:

Cozy little hotel, very well located. Very clean and the personel very friendly. We had a little inconvenient , not the fault, but even that they took care immediately. We had the pleasure to meet the owner and he is a very friendly and honest business man. We had a great time and I recommend very much this place.

Cons:

I would paint the outside of the buildings in a more striking colors. Of course have nothing to do with the good service that it was great, but that is me crazy if you will.

great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. pool was excellent.
Pros:

everything! kimie the manager was wonderful! so kind, caring, and hepful! place was perfect. rooms so clean and comfortable, pool was perfect and clean, grounds very well kept. i also met some new friends while staying there. i highly recommend the oasis!

every thing was perfect! not a thing i disliked about the oasis.

Pros:

great location on north end of treasure island, one mile walk to John's Pass Boardwalk. It's a great, old-school, mid-century Florida Motel. There are not that many left and this one is a great version of the genre that has not yet had a luxury reboot which makes the room rate really awesome.

I didn’t like that I rented a king room and they gave me a queen room that was dirty as shit gum stuck to the carpet when you cook there’s no vent so the room got smoky scared. The alarm was gonna go off and never receive. A callback from looking.

It would be a great place if it was well managed.

Cons:

Staff, bad managed. They didn’t give us any towels and they said they ran out of towels due to being labor day they were packed. So we didn’t have towels to shower, hand towels or dishcloth that were supposed to be provided.
Coffee machine didn’t work. Bathroom sink didn’t work. Place for 4-5 people and there was 2 knifes and 1 fork.
Ants everywhere. Room not so clean.

We plan on coming back with our extended family, as long as the price is right.
Pros:

Great customer service.
Received an upgraded room which was a bonus.
This is our second time staying.
Compared to last time property looks fresh and clean overall.

Cons:

The tiles in the room were loose, close to the kitchen.
Appearance looked messy when parking, I believe close to the maintenance room.

Pros:

The lady at the office was exceptional! She made sure we had everything we needed, was very accommodating, and so polite and kind!! I was blown away by her hospitality! The room was like an apartment and had everything we needed. There was water from AC machines on our patio area which made it wet but the inside was everything we needed and looked recently updated. We did run out of TP and had to find a cleaner to restock. The outside of the motel looks a little unkempt from empty planters and overgrown weeds. But for the price, location, and room we were very happy.
